Pretty fast shipping and the correct product

Great customer experience. I received feedback on what tire to select with my tire package to ensure that my Tires do not rub my under carriage fender. I happy with my wheel selection. Great wheel package in addition to free TPMS and lugs. It is hard to find a wheel package with TPMS and lug nuts included with your package.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires for my Tacoma. Received them within two weeks which is what I had expected. Tires came mounted and “balanced” with TPMS installed. Seemed like a good deal. After install the ride was rough. Truck would shake over 70mph and bad over 80. I put about 200 miles on the tires total. So I contacted customer service. Meer advised me to get them rebalanced. So I made an appt to get that done. When I told him I made an appointment he told me they needed to be road force balanced. So now I had to cancel my existing appointment and find a road force balancer that could fit me in within the next two weeks. Found a shop. They deemed that three of the tires were not properly balanced when they arrived to me, ranging from 3/4oz to 2oz of difference and also three tires were out of round and had excessive road force meaning they were defective. They were also 2 and a half years old. I once again reached out to Meer and let him know. He started a warranty case with Uniroyal(Michelin). Then after sending a dozen pictures, I was advised to have the tires unmounted then I had to pay to ship them to Michelin who would advise if they were defective and would take action after the fact. So Meer wanted me to spend $300 to ship tires to the manufacturer that were defective. This is after I paid $110 for the balance. I contacted the manufacturer directly who suggested I take the wheels and tires to a local authorized retailer who can take care of a satisfaction guarantee for me and change out the tires. Michelin helped me upgrade to some nice BFG K03. I only give 2 stars because Extreme Customs did commit to a refund of the $110 for the balance and they did actually ship what they said they would. Even if they didn’t actually help me in any way at all.

I placed two separate orders. The first was for wheels, and the second one was Tires. Both came in accurately and correctly. Shipping was fast. The only negative is communication. There was no tracking number sent to me and both orders actually showed up at my door the day before I received any tracking number, other than that, everything else was great.

Extremely happy with the product. Communication was NOT GOOD...Placed order on 08/20/25, they confirmed the order on 08/22/25 stating that the order will be shipped by 6-12 business days. On the the 8th day they showed that it was shipped and provided me a tracking number but the tracking number provided did not have any information. So I called and they informed me that the tracking number provided was a system error... after that I received a message stating that one of the tires you ordered could not be balance so they have to re-order one tire... 5 more days passed and no communication... Finally I received a call from the actual people that suppose to deliver the the items stating they have a shipment that is going to be delivered to me...But I never heard from extremecustoms.com at all after calling, emailing, text,ect... Eventually received my product on 09/21/25

The Rims were balanced and in good shape it jus t told a long time to receive with no communication wasn't good st all. The Rims do look good on my truck though.

They refuse to take the wheels back when they sent me the wrong ones insisting they fit but I need staggered wheels for my RWD 2015 Jaguar xf portfolio, built the guy wants to see them not fit, when my car clearly shows I need staggered to not lose traction and the guy was just an Ass, trying to charge a 25%restock fee plus shipping when they screwed up, still waiting on my return slip, Ido not recommend this company just looking for a buck

Super simple process. The shipping was fast, also. There was one issue, but that was handled immediately! Will definitely use again.

Tire and wheel combo came packaged well and there was no damages. They did send me the wrong lug nuts, but I just contacted them and they sent me the correct ones right away. Overall a good experience
