Where are the wheels and tires??
Tracking says they are at destination's terminal, and needing appointment to deliver. There is no phone number to call to make appointment. The carrier has not called either.
Please provide the carriers phone number and address, i will go pick them up if needed. Customer service is lacking.

Excellent service and answered my questions very quickly. A little slow on getting me a tracking number but i would absolutely order from them again. My wheels came very well packaged without a single scratch on them.

The process was just easy to understand what could and couldn’t fit on my car along with the picture of what it would look like.

The products that I purchased are great products. The guidance from the specialist was inaccurate though. He told me that the products would fit but actually because of the extreme negative offset of the rims and tire combo the tires are rubbing on the backside of the mud flaps/wheel wells on the front end.i had to delete the mud flaps and hopefully there will be enough clearance now or I will have to resort to a lift🙄.

Can not get ahold of anyone for my order.

Orders over 3 weeks ago got a tracking number with no up dates. Called company they said that they made a mistake and would be a tracking number sent. Still no updated tracking number or anything about my order!!!

Made me wait which I end up making make another payment without having my product. Besides that it was packaged very well and I’m happy with it.

First off was never informed the wheels had been shipped had to call and find out what was going on with my order. Received the wrong color lug nuts. I have bought from this company few times now and this experience was by far the worst.

Didn't send me the right amount lug nuts and sent the wrong tpms for my truck

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. My current wheels have been discontinued and your product was almost a perfect match.

I received 4 rims and 3 tires it took a week to get the fourth tire than I received the wrong lug nuts and ended up stripping a stud and I was the one that kept reaching out to see what's going on

Usually takes one day to ship and receive and this time around it was awful I waited a whole week and even emailed customer service and they lied saying it was shipped and nothing. Last time I purchase from this company.

The rims took two weeks to receive coming from Canada! But they arrived in perfect shape!!
