How is it possible this company is still operating and gets listed as an authorized dealer?
I ordered two Patagonia shirts back in July. Before shipping the shirts, I received an email saying the other is sold out and they are not able to get more of those so they shipped only the other.
Since July I've tried to get them refund the money for the shirt they never shipped. I've tried to call, email send messages through social media channels and the best I've received is an email that they will forward my request to the accounting team. Now it's been 5 months and they are still keeping my money.
I have already reached out to Patagonia to let them know about the way how this reseller operates as I believe it's also their interest to know how their retailer partners operate and what kind of companies they list on their website as an authorized dealers.
I would not buy anything from this store anymore and would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible
Terrible. Ordered and paid for a ski jacket a month ago and still haven’t received it. Emailed 2 weeks ago and only received an automated response, my husband has also ordered a jacket and that hasn’t arrived either. He has tried to contact multiple times. Still both awaiting a direct contact.
This really is tantamount to theft - you can’t take someone’s money and not either give them what they paid for or provide a full refund.

Exxpozed for terrible customer service.
My wife and I ordered Ski jackets at the beginning of November that are still being sold and marketed on their website. However, we have not received them yet and have asked for further information on the order three times. All we have received is an automated message saying they are out of stock and awaiting more stock in their warehouse or we haven’t paid. We have paid and it is impossible to get any further information. We were hoping all the diabolical reviews for Exxpozed online were not true but sadly they are.

No product or refund received!
Wow, I wish I'd read the reviews before using this website! I purchased a pair of approach shoes in June 23, order no: UK-00141497 and have never received them. I have emailed them on countless occasions and the only response I get is the automatic reply telling me they will try to be in touch within 72 hours. I can't find a phone number for them so am hoping something comes of this review!

I've been waiting for the refund payment 8 months...
I've been waiting for the refund payment for the returned snowboard boots over 8 months already! (order number EU-00103623). Exxpozed never responsded to any of my various emails sent to them asking for the refund status. There is no phone number indicated on their website to reach them. Before under customer service there was Callback request indicated as one of the option to contact them. I have also asked for that but noone has ever called me back. This option disappared from their website now. I was simply cheated for the first time in my life while doing online shopping. I filed a claim on the European Comission platform ODR (online dispute resolution) but apparently Exxpozed was not willing to cooperate with them and my case was closed. I will not leave this and will keep fighting! They stole almost 250 EUR from me! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EXXPOZED!

Not even after two months after returning the jackets, the repayment had not happened. Exxposed cannot be reached neither by phone nor email . I don’t recommend buying from exxposed.

I have sent 2 e-mails and have tried to phone them numerous time and no one is picking up the call!
The Tenaya TANTA shoe which was sent me is not New. It has been won by someone else and I have also attached the pictures showing condition of the shoes to the company! I ordered this as a Christmas gift for a 10 year old girl and now I am unable to give it as a gift as I am unable to reach them through e-mail and phone TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM!
As this shoe is not new , I am not prepaid to pay return postage and if you do not arrange collection & replacement at your own cost , I will request charge back from my credit card company AND WILL MAKE A COMPLAIN TO AMAZON PAY!
Can you please refund my hard earned money?

Untrustworthy Company
I have written two previous reviews about this company. I ordered a pair of Keen Anchorage boots from them. They never arrived and after a couple of messages from Exxpozed they then stopped responding altogether. I have wasted £60 and feel this company needs to be called out. Please do not trust their honesty or integrity. Buy elsewhere . This is the first time I have ever had to write such a negative review.

Kamik nation winter boots…
I ordered a pair of winter boots (before reading any of the reviews) as they were on offer at a great price. After ordering I read all the bad reviews and was expecting the worst but when you read those most of the complaints seem due to refunds/returns or due to courier problems.
Don’t know if I was just lucky but I had no problems with the delivery, which is tracked and easy to follow online, and item arrived to UK within 7 days. I would definitely consider them next time I’m shopping but probably only for items that I know are the right size

I bought Hanwag boots from this company…
I bought Hanwag boots from this company and received them within a week (Ireland), no problems at all and the boots are perfect. Order tracked the whole process with DHL.
HOWEVER. After ordering I saw that the order status page was unavailable. I thought this odd and checked trust pilot. I saw the awful reviews and tried to cancel my order but they emailed back a day later telling me it's already shipped. I even cancelled my debit card out of fear of being scammed.
In fairness everything was above board and i had no issues whatsoever. However, this doesn't negate the other reviews, so I couldn't recommend ordering from them because maybe I was just lucky. I just wanted to share my experience anyway.

They do not reply to emails over a 2 month period
I ordered 2 items however the sizing incorrect so I sent the items back and sent an email with the form, copy of tracking code and copy of tracking of the delivery. In all I have sent 10 email over a 2 month period and have not had one reply.
To date I have not had a refund, a returned email or a call after leaving my number

Like many others on this site I have had a terrible experience. I attempted to cancel the order prior to deleivery and then returned it. It has been over a year with countless number of emails that go unanswered.
I am sure I will got some kind of long winded appology after posting this reveiw as this seems to be the action this company takes.
Process my return and I will be happy to update this review and others.

Holding back refund, customer service unreachable
I ordered climbing shoes, they were of wrong size. I send them back on my own cost, now without shoes or refund for more than six months. Customer service unreachable neither via Mail nor on phone.

Avoid this company unless you want to be robbed
After much effort and unanswered e-mails Exxpozed promised me a refund on 23/3/2023. This refund did not happen and Exxpozed did not answer any e-mails relating to this. I finally contacted the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) who finally managed to get Exxpozed to issue the refund on 29/11/2023, over 7 months after it was agreed and exactly a year to the day after it was originally requested.
Even then Exxpopzed only refunded me £144.09 when the goods originally cost me £157.74.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I´ve called like 250 times and wrote like 10 mails for the last month waiting for a purchase that is blocked in customs due to an error of eXXpozed in the delivery address (they added there the invoice address instead of delivery address...).

Great deal and no problems apart from long delivery time.
I ordered some walking shoes from Exxposed because of the huge discount offered. I had not read the Trust Pilot reviews at this point, but now having seen so many negative reviews, I thought I should tell customers my experience to give some balance.
Having ordered the items, I received an email 2 working days later to confirm they had been shipped and simultaneously I got an email from DHL to confirm the goods were in their German warehouse. It then took 12 days to go through DHL's export process and be passed to Parcelforce once they arrived in the UK and be delivered. I guess this wasn't an inordinate length of time given the logistics of getting the goods from Germany and certainly this was not at all due to any delays on Exxposed's part.
All in all, a happy experience.

I have been waiting now over 5 months for an order I placed in June. They barely reply to my emails and when they do, they say the item will be sent once its back in stock. Sounds like a scam to me, bet they never plan to restock or sell items they never had in stock in the first place. They will not refund me or send my order, avoid this company as they are just thieves

Beware of shopping online from eXXposed
I have had a similar experience to many others here in not receiving a refund from eXXposed. It seems impossible to reach their Customer Service dept by telephone and emails go unanswered.

I returned a Finiside Women's Takki coat on 10th May 2023 and have yet to receive my refund and it is now November.
I will be seeking legal advice to recover my money.

WARNING ⚠️ to everyone about this company!!! I recently purchased some La Sportiva tx4's and they're faulty goods. After sending 5 emails just trying to make contact I've no response apart from generic email back saying we will contact within 72hrs. It's now been 2 weeks and nothing!! Do not use this company at all costs!! After speaking with many other disappointed customers on Instagram it seems I'm not the only one. One guy ordered boots and they never even sent them!! Worse customer service I've ever experienced!!!
