100% a scam for money and they have been reported to numerous consumer groups in the UK and in Europe.

Purchased 4 coats & sweater for delivery in New Hampshire. Ordered on 31 Oct 2023; arrived on 9 Nov 2023 — which I think is rather good given shipping from Germany, customs, etc. No problems at all. Hth

Never a reliable business

I placed an order on exxpozed.eu with order number EU-00111982 on 03.09.2023, but my order was not sent. I tried to contact exxpozed many times through various platforms, but I did not receive a response. Finally, on 04.10.2023, they said that they could not send the product via Instagram and that they started the refund process, but even though today's date is 10.11.2023, they did not refund the fee. I am complaining

Note: if you have this problem too, you can make a formal complaint to the EU commission easily by filing this ODR form (google it, cannot add link). This take no time, and will ensure to keep Exxpozed accountable.

Good in the sense they give you the products, but if you have any issue do not expect it to be dealt with within any reasonable amount of time. They do not reply to emails and nor the phone. Totally appalling service.

Nice easy transaction. No problems

Payment was via Amazon Pay which i'd not experienced before but all good.

Ordered on the Friday so i wasn't expecting the item to be dispatched immediately but was sent early on the Monday morning.

Tracking was updated regularly and arrived the following Friday which i thought was pretty prompt bearing in mind it was from Germany to the UK.

Item was significantly cheaper from this site and i must admit to being sceptical after reading some of the reviews on here, that being said the purchase/delivery went very smoothly and i would use them again.

I made an order in July, item never arrived, money not refunded. Even my bank was unable to help. It only got one star because I can't put zero

They said they would look into it, still nothing. They seem to be a scam company.

Very poor service, no refund received after more than two months

I ordered a pair of walking trousers from eXXpozed in July 2023 who were offering them at a good price. There was no information about length on the website so I assumed they would be regular length - when they arrived in August they were short so I returned them - at my own expense £9.95 postage! On 11 Sept I received an e mail saying they had received them and would be refunding me within 10 days. I have been e mailing them since then to get the refund but still haven't received it - 94.24 Euros! A very poor service and not sure how to get my money back on a purchase the error on which was theirs.

Waiting on a refund since 24 May 2023

Order: EU-00105507

Order placed: 11 April 2023.
No confirmation received of product delivery date.
Order cancelled: 24 May 2023.

I have sent dozens of emails and Facebook messages and rang several times (got cut off just before it was my turn to speak to someone). Nobody takes responsibility.

I have now contacted the Kempten District Court in relation to a refund that I have not received yet. It is illegal to hold onto other people's money.

Please avoid this company at all costs!

Do not use Exxpozed in the UK - no customer service

I have had a warranty claim with Sweet/Exxpozed since March 23 for a helmet only worn twice. I returned the helmet to the Exxpozed as evidence. Although the claim was agreed in JUne, both with myself and with Sweet, the replacement was not despatched and Sweet are now asking me to restart the whole process. Their unwillingness to provide customer service in the UK is appalling, as is the casual attitude of their Rep, Sebastian. He is not interested in resolving what is obviously an internal problem. As for Exxpozed, their rep is Ana who has not answered my 4 emails since June despite her promising the despatch of a replacement.
DO NOT USE EXXPOZED FOR PURCHASES IN THE UK.
I will be pursuing my refund through legal channels now.

Warning: don't expect a quick refund

I ordered an item on August 25th, returned it.
The return order was received by eXXpozed on September 13th. eXXpozed verfied the return on September 29th. After which anyone can expect their refund within 2 weeks maximum.

It is November 1st, and I am still waiting for the refund. They also don't respond to my repeated emails.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't order with these clowns.

Don't deal with this business

The worst company to deal with. They hide behind their website, and it is very difficult to actually deal with a human. I ordered Keen Sandals in mid June 2023, they then informed me there would be a delay - with no indication of how long the delay would be. I contacted Customer Services less than 2 weeks after placing my order to cancel the order. I received an automated response to say they received my email and nothing else. Repeated emails came with the same automated response. Thankfully I paid using PayPal, and finally managed to get a refund at the end of Oct 2023 - 4 months after cancelling the order.
Don't deal with this business.

I have waited for my refund for over 6 weeks

I have waited for my refund for over 6 weeks now. My order was canceled before it was process so I thought this would go smooth and easy, but not all all. I have emailed several times but no response from the customer service. They replayed on facebook one time but nothing has happend. Im very dissapointed :(

AVOID AT ALL COST.

I purchased a duffel bag back in July from eXXposed. It was €116 total and was slightly cheaper than other sellers online so I thought I was getting a deal.

After purchasing, a week or so had passed and no email had been sent in regards to shipping so I reached out, they said that it was delayed due to either the payment not going through or the item was out of stock.
Both of these reasons are unacceptable as firstly the money had already been taken from my account and secondly why would you let customers go through the process of purchasing an item that is out of stock? Especially considering you don't know the lead time for said item.
I continued emailing for updates but received only automated emails and eventually requested a refund as it had been over a month and with little to no info provided. Weeks passed and eventually I got an email saying that my order was cancelled as they didn't have my item in stock and that I could opt for store credit or a refund, to which I requested a refund for obvious reasons.

That was over a month ago and I STILL have not received a refund. I rarely write Trustpilot reviews but this experience was so poor that I had no choice.

2 months (20.08.2023) ago i tried to…

2 months (20.08.2023) ago i tried to buy a backpack at this shop, after a week they wrote the backpack is not available anymore and give me choice to refund my money or to buy something else, i choose the refund.
Already wrote them countless emails and contacted them even on messenger, always same answer that they are working on it but it takes long time...??!!

My patience is over now, if i wont get the money or detailed explanation until 27.10.2023 ill contact European Consumer Centre to help me with solving this problem.

EDIT: So my money was at the end returned on 8.12.2023 thanks to European Consumer Centre and shop finally sending a refund back.

Extremely bad service

It can always happen that a company has a delivery problem, but the way they treat their customers is unacceptable.
I ordered 4 months ago shoes for which I learned after 2,5 months, after several emails ( which takes ages to respond to) that they do not have stock available. Now 6 weeks later, no more further reaction and obviously no refund as well.

I have been trying to reach your customer service for 11 weeks now regarding my order and starting to think your company and the online shop Outdoorsports24 don’t exist and are scam taking people’s money.

I have never been able to contact anyone by phone and nobody ever called me back from customer service.

I just want to return the item and get a refund.
