I bought a voucher from an online discount site for eye-sale as I needed a new pair of glasses anyway, so I decided to try buying online. I ordered on the 10th May and my glasses eventually arrived on the 17th June. I can go to Boots and have them prepared in 1 hour but online I had to wait over a month. Unacceptable. I only received information about the delay after I had emailed them first, which should not have been the case if they knew they were not in stock. I was offered a £50 voucher towards my next pair of glasses but to be perfectly honest, I will not use it as I won't be using this website again.

The glasses were great once they arrived but a one month waiting period was just too long!

Bought a pair of glasses with a wowcher deal. Amazing value and arrived in excellent condition within 10 days.

Bought a voucher from wowcher. Placed the order and on the website it stated 7-10 working days for delivery. After 12 working days I emailed to find out and then I was told that I must have not receive their email regarding the high demand that have caused the delivery to delay. I never received this email! Then I was told that the frame i ordered, they did not receive the correct one from Italy as to the product code for the frame I ordered reflects another frame. Then they had to wait for Italy to resend and again same issue. I had to email in order to find out these issues, each time I email I get surprises (bad news). These wouldn't have communicated if I didn't email... Finally the glasses arrived a month after I placed the order.
However the good thing is that when I email them, I deal with the same person therefore I didn't need to repeat and explain the situation.
Overall it's a very disappointing and stressful purchase.

Great deal for these prescription sunglasses. I was worried about doing something like this online, but there was no hassle once I had the necessary info from my optician. Would definitely recommend them

really good quality Armani glasses, however had to wait 4 weeks for delivery even though the website said they had stock, although i appreciate they still had to make to my prescription, as they are only reading glasses though i wouldnt have thought it was anything too out of the ordinary, and, although no fault of the company, the glasses do not really suit me, which is where not having the opportunity to see them in real life(pardon the pun) like you can in a high street shop is also a bit of a neg. also had some e-mail contact over the course of a few days with someone called Nazreen who was very pleasant and helpful.

The delivery took 2 months. I guess it was because of your sales pitch. When I finally got my glasses I am so pleased with them. The prices of the frames are very reasonable.

I was a bit wary about getting glasses from anywhere other than an optitian.
I would highly recommend this service and products.
Shall certainly be using again in two years time.

I bought my glasses as part of a £13 for £59 deal that I found online. The process was quick and easy and I was very impressed by the online tool available to measure pupillary distance, something I hadn't seen before with online opticians. Once my order had reached the optician, I received several emails concerning my prescription as certain things did not add up. This really impressed me given that the glasses were for a deal price, so I was not expecting fantastic service. One of the mistakes was made on my behalf, another was a fault of the optician who wrote out the prescription back in 2011. Eyesale offered to call my optician to check this and while data protection prevented them from accessing this information, it was very much appreciated. Once the order was good to be processed, I received update emails throughout and the glasses arrived in no time at all. I'd definitely recommend eyesale and would use again.

I was a bit worried ordering glasses online, but the service from eye sale was extremely good. I even emailed my lens pescription so I new there wouldn't be any mistakes! Everytime I contacted them I had a quick response and it was all pretty straight forward! The prices are so reasonable and I'm very pleased with my purchases I bought sunglasses and glasses and have been very impressed!

Specs were even better on than I could of imagined. It makes it all the worthwhile when the products are far less ordering on line than buying from the highstreet. Very disappointed with the rejection of calls to customer services. And not even back on as they had indicated in the automated message left for callers.
