very easy process to order glasses

Initially there was a delay in affirming the order and shipping. When I sent an inquiry Mr. Meyer was prompt in his response two times. He shipped the eyeglasses by FedEx to compensate for a delay in shipment. I am completely satisfied with the frames (which had been discontinued) and have had my lenses transferred from a broken frame and easily placed in the new frame from England! My experience has been completely satisfactory and I will use this resource when I am again in need of glasses as well as prescription lenses.

Had a few questions for them before buying my glasses they came back to me immediately and were extremely helpful. Received a lovely pair of glasses.

Must tell you about the great experience I had buying glasses on line. Easy to fill in form with specs for specs and really quick delivery. Very happy with new glasses.

As mentioned above, all in all they have a great variety of frames, but the timeline from start to finish is too long, there are other providers that can get you your glasses in less than two weeks.

Love my new glasses. They took a few weeks to arrive but I was really impressed with the finish. I omitted part of my prescription from my order, and was sent an email straight away telling me that it would be helpful to include this. I thought that was great customer service!

To begin with I ordered frames without lenses so waiting 3 weeks for it was too long. I was really happy with glasses, but it was packed in envelope and because of ruff delivery it had bend!'

Good selection of specs but slow to dispatch them. Also, website not up to date, ordered a 2nd pair for a friend only to be told a few days later it was no longer in stock.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with eye-sale. Ordered a pair of designer glasses from them having obtained a code from wowcher. The glasses and case both had dust and dirt in them- obviously dispatched very carelessly. I have bought many designer products from different stores, but have not seen anything handled with such carelessness. One of the arms of the frame had scratches on it peeling the paint off.

When I called the customer services, they said that they had nothing to do with it and that the warehouse was responsible. The manager said he will email me of the person I am supposed to contact ( meaning they have passed the buck, and moved on already!). I am still awaiting the email!! The experience of dealing with them was so unpleasant that I don't want to even talk to them again - i'd rather suffer the loss as I will not be using the glasses.

So..my recommendation - pleases avoid them and save yourself your money and peace of mind!

My new varifocal glasses from Eye-sale are brilliant and good value for money. There was a good choice and the ones I chose are excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them to a friend but be aware that their delivery time does not always match the website timings.

I had rung the company on a couple of occassions and they were very helpful with
informing on the frames and what they looked like even though some of the descriptions were not correct which they were going to ammend, colours, etc.
When i did decide on the frame and said that i had a discount 'wowcher' was suddenly
told that i should buy the extra thin lens with my prescription which is -2.5 hardly strong.
When i received the specs i found that the lens put is certainly thicker than normal and the glazing on the sides is more on one side.
Got the feeling that since i did not buy the thin lens they put the maximum thick lens
they have.
Apart from that the frame and workmanship is good, pity this issue has left a bad taste.
