The quality of the frames I received is not good considering the price and make. Very flimsy. The case does not match. The lenses are constantly smeary and almost impossible to keep clean (I paid extra for anti-glare but they are very reflective). All in all I'm very disappointed and would not buy from here again.

I bought two pair of moschino glasses fromeye-sale.com i have only received one so far and that was scratched on one lense. They did not provide anyreturn information for me to return also there is no way to contact eye-sale.com apart from email.

Took far to long from order placement to delivery

always bought my specs from high street opticians in the past, with varied results.

pleasantly surprised how easy it was getting to get good quality frames,

prescription lenses and also specs that fit well.

Despite loving the glasses, it took over the 14 working day policy they offer; and then once they turned up a part was missing from the glasses. I emailed straight away to advise of this but mentioned I didnt want to return the glasses due to the long wait to actually receive them. I wasn't offered any other alternatives and therefore now have to live with broken glasses that apparently are thoroughly quality checked!!!
Despite this the service was good in terms of responding to my query its just a shame of the quality of the glasses i received..

The whole process was simple to complete. The glasses arrived quickly and I'm very happy with both the product and the service.

Wrong order sent without upgraded lenses. Told new order would be rushed through but still waiting over a week later. All together this order has taken nearly a month. Much longer than my usual optition.

Good range of glasses with a detailed description of frames..

I ordered a pair of glasses and straight a way customers services contacted to ask for more details to ensure they had all the correct information before processing the order. The glasses arrived, packed securely and with a suitable case. The glasses are nice and better than I expected. I did follow the steps to getting the glasses which would suit my face and it seems to have worked. I am very happy with the glasses.

I ordered a pair of varifocal glasses using an excellent discount on the Wowcher website so that I ended up with £108 worth of product for less than £50.
After submitting my order, I was emailed with a query about my prescription because it's a little unusual; I was pleased to see that the company was professional enough to verify my details before proceeding with the order. Following this short delay, my glasses were despatched fairly soon.
They seem to be good quality and exactly as described on the website. This is my first experience with varifocals and I purchased the most basic lens so it's taking me a little while to get used to them but on the whole, I'm very pleased. I think I might have benefitted from ordering an upgrade to the lens, since the reading pane seems very narrow with some slight distortion on the periphery of my vision but for the price I paid, I can't really complain.

Glasses were great - very good value. Unfortunately I sent you the wrong prescription - the distance one when what I really needed were some new reading glasses that I could actually read with. My fault - not yours.

I was abit skeptical about purchasing glasses online but after receiving a discount code as an added bonus i really cant complain at all. I paid more money for my standard nhs frames and lenses then i did for my new stylish d&g frames and lenses. Very impressed. No faults.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to choose my frames and order my spectacles with my prescription. This is the first pair of specs I've ever had to have and I wanted designer frames I could afford; my daughter helped me choose the frames (I have an oval shaped face so pretty much anything goes) and I just entered the details from my prescription. My spectacles took about 7-10 days to arrive and I am delighted with them. Will definitely use this site again ... am considering prescription sunglasses so I can read whilst led on the sunbed on my holibobs!

I had been looking online for glasses for a while with reservations as had never bought glasses without an high street optician before. I came across I sale and the website was so professional and easy to navigate. The range if glasses are really varied and extremely reasonable. I entered my prescription and was given the option of what lenses I could have with a full breakdown of the costs. I was comfortable throughout. When my glasses arrived, promptly, I was so pleased with the quality and the communication. I am now looking to order more pairs!
