Had a good experience with these guys, got a £59 pounds voucher from Wowcher. I needed the glasses desperately by a certain date and a lady called Nazreen ensure and asked for the lab to do my glasses by the date I required. Glasses are pretty good, my left eye screen doesn't quite feel right and not sure if they didn't quite do the right prescription as I've had my eyes tested twice and I know I have the right prescription. It just feels wrong in the left eye- so not sure if they used the wrong lens. Otherwise I've had a really good experience. Definitely the way to go ! Cheaper online glasses.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Eye Sale, I thought there was quite a good selection with different prices. The customer service was excellent, I was called by phone after I put in my order, to verify certain sizes and, was emailed with updates as to the status of my order, until I had received everything and was happy.

My only criticism, is that you can't try the glasses on first, to see if they suit you before you buy.

I brought a Wowcher voucher worth £59 which I used towards the cost of my glasses, so I was pleased I only had to pay £45 in total. I ordered my glasses with ease and even had a member of their team contact me to confirm my prescription was correct before processing my order. My glasses arrived within two weeks of my order and were in mint condition. My prescription lenses were fine and I had no problem reading with them. Overall,I am happy with the glasses and the service I received and would recommend this company to others.

I am particularly impressed with this company, I inputted my prescription wrongly on my original order and they have kindly offered to replace the lenses with the correct prescription at no extra cost. What service! The glasses are lovely, the service quick and customer service excellent.

I ordered glasses for my mom. She was looking forward having them. However, she got very disappointed when she finally received them as they did not look as attractive as they were on the website but cheap, dirty, dusty and not well-fitted. She had to dust and polish them before putting on. Very disappointed.

I have received my glasses within two weeks from the date of ordering. Was quite impressed with the quality of the frame and lenses, although the only problem that I have with the frame- it was rubbing hard against my nose so I have to adjust it, so it seems fine now. Would recommend to anyone and will buy again in the future.

Although my order was delayed a little, the company were very honest, communication was excellent and they kept me informed throughout, which I find quite rare these days. When my sunglasses arrived, they were perfect, very good quality and I was very pleased with the product and the service overall. Vastly superior to another online glasses company that I have dealt with.

I bought glasses online, after two weeks I tried to phone the customer service number few times with no luck, the phone was ringing out- no answer. I sent an email to find out when I will get my order and I have been told that the frames that I ordered are out of stock and nobody bother to contact me for 2 weeks to notify me. Got my order finally after few weeks and I have to say that I was expecting better finish. When the glasses lay flat opened one leg is in the air .....

The site was so easy to navigate, and it was easy to put in the prescription details. Prices were set out so you could see exactly the glasses you wanted. The glasses were with me within the week, and i was so pleased with them i shall order all my glasses here in future.
