I was always apprehensive about buying eyewear online but I needn't have worried due to the company I chose. It was easy to order and the glasses arrived quickly and I am very, very pleased.

This is the first time I have purchased glasses online and I would definitely do this again with Eye-Sale. It was fast and the customer service was excellent. The website is easy to use and for a novice like me the measuring was fine with the help of a friend.

I ordered a pair of glasses recently using a great online deal and got them for an excellent price. They took about 10 days to arrive and I'm really pleased with the glasses. My only complaints are that the tracking code I was sent with confirmation of shipment didn't work to track my glasses. And to my disappointment the case that I was sent is much to small for my glasses and they don't fit inside so I will have to purchase a new one elsewhere.

From the very beginning everything was incredibly easy and when I did make a mistake I was contacted immediately and helped along without being made to feel incompetent.

Ordered a pair of glasses 2 weeks ago - got them after 5 days, but needed to return them as they had a scratch. Contacted customer support and was told no problem to return them. The site is easy to use, nice presentation and easy to pay. Overall, I can only recommend this site if you are looking for a new pair of glasses. Delivery not as fast as the site promised however an extra day or two is no big deal. Also, the range of glasses is quite impressive. Their prices seems fair and can easily compete with similar online stores. So overall 4 out of 5. Thumps up. Cheers.

The website was informative and easy to use, and the service and end result were very good! Very much worth the price.

Took a while for,delivery but when it came was really pleased with my glasses.

I purchased a pair of Kangol glasses - identical to a pair I'd bought three years ago through Glasses Direct, but had become badly scratched over time. Unfortunately Glasses Direct no longer stocks this particular frame.
Googling the frame number brought up the eye-sale website, and what's more I was very lucky to benefit from the 70% off sale and buy my frames and lenses for just £42.00. A fantastic deal. They arrived in a branded Kangol case too - some customers here have mentioned bad packaging - mine were absolutely fine.
However I did have to wait around 10 days for them to arrive, and there was very little communication from Eye-Sale during that time. The arm length also appears a couple of millimetres longer than my old pair. I'd not feel so certain if I was taking a punt on a different frame - as there appears to be no trial facility or unconditional money back guarantee.

The process was simple and easy to use and all aspects where delivered on time with the minimum of involvement. Will use again and would recomend.

My specs are perfect and delivered in double quick time. I have not had this sort of service from the high street optician I used previously.

I got my glasses through an online discount offer. The deal was fantastic. The price of the presciption was in the offer, alround fantastic offer.
Unfortunately my glasses were sent in a box that was obviously too small, my glasses were warped. Such a small thing betrayed my experience, especially when it feels like one ear should be an inch lower and when I wear them I spend half of my time trying to bend them back.
They're nice when they fit though.

The service was quick and efficient and the product was good value.

Was a great price and a great experience from start to finish.

Was disappointed on the packaging though as glasses arrived in jiffy bag with glasses in draw-string bag.

Could have easily been crushed.
