Having been a lifetime client of Hugh Breakspeare, I was devasted when said he was retiring and had sold the business. He assured me that it was in good hands but little did I know....
That he could not have a chosen better successor than the fabulous team at Eyes on Broadway who are simply phenomenal in their expertise, care, kindness and welcome. Karmelo and Sifa are the dream team and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're LOOKING for an opticians that provide exemplary care, combined with the latest "tech" and up to date knowledge, LOOK no further! There is no hard sell. No hidden agenda. No hidden fees. No nasty surprises. From the moment walk in and are offered a cup of tea or some sparkling water you're made to feel at ease. The first time I met Karmelo he discovered I had a piece of mascara lodged in my eye! I trusted him implicitly to remove it. Which he did with calm efficiency. He explains everything clearly and is always happy to answer any questions or offer different options where possible. Rolls Royce service. This is a genuine review because I am genuinely delighted to be with them!

Excellent service from Shifa and the optician. Very thorough eye test with no pressure to have additional tests that weren’t needed (back of eyes). Good selection of frames and supportive help in choosing some to suit me. Nice, calm atmosphere.

Sifa and Karmelo thank you both so much for the care and kindess you have shown my mother before and after her cataract operation. Mum loves her glasses sooooo much, you were spot on regarding everything. Mum is a different person thanks to you both, her confidence has grown, after the year she has had, at 85 years of age this has been the icing on the cake. I recently had my routine eye check, expertly as always by Karmelo. As my glasses needing updating due to my changed prescription, I was helped to find a beautiful frame which suits me.
I trust Eyes on Broadway with thos as 3 years ago they gave me very good advice with my previous pair.
Their service was efficient and I was very happy with the effect of my new glasses on my eyesight, lack of glare and my look!
When I had a subsequent query about glasses, Eyes on Broadway resolved it straight away.
I trust these opticians completely and love their range of frames.

As a first-time visitor to Eyes on Broadway, I had a very positive experience. My eye exam with Karmelo was concise and informative—he was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. After the exam, Sifa was amazing, patiently helping me choose from a wide selection of stylish frames while making the process fun. The service was excellent, and the space itself is beautiful and welcoming. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.

I was looking for an opticians with the level of technical expertise that I experience at my Moorfields eye hospital appointments, and with the added convenience of being able to book appointment dates and times that fit in and around my hectic schedule. I found them ! This optician practice is superb, and boasts a friendly and hugely knowledgeable technical/admin staff offering skills and knowledge to a exceptionally high standard . I found out at my first appmnt , many here have been trained via Moorfields, hence the excellent quality of care on offer.

Pleasant and professional staff and the manner in which they looked after me. They took the time to fully explore my needs in order to meet my expectations.

I can thoroughly recommend Karmelo of Eyes on Broadway. His assessments are very detailed, carried out on the latest technology and he explains the results in very clearly, comprehensible terms. He has a very calm approach which is reassuring even when one has concerns. The staff who supervise the choice and fitting of glasses are also knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff are fantastic! I brought my broken glasses into the shop and the staff were so helpful and managed to fix them within 2-days, really great service.

I had lost my reading glasses and needed a replacement. Eyes on Broadway saw me within two days and the replacement glasses came again within two days. The whole procedure was smooth and easy and, of course, the staff at Eyes on Broadway are all extremely efficient and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is without doubt the best opticians I have ever been to. This isnt like your normal high street opticians , this is a bespoke service with the personal touch . The staff treat you so well that you leave thinking they are good friends . They take as much time as you need and they really seem to care that you get the best service and product that's available. I have and will continue to recommend it to all my family and friends and wish them continued success. I'm actually looking forward to my next examination and that's say something. 10 out of 10 .
