Really impressed with the service provided. It is my first time to get glasses and I was anxious about this. I didn't need to explain this to them, as they already understood. They explained everything to me clearly. They helped me choose glasses that I liked. I found them very encouraging and I left the eye test looking forward to being able to get glasses that would assist my vision. I now have my glasses and I am delighted to be able to see clearly again. Thank you very much.

I cannot praise Eyes on Broadway highly enough. In every way they have been a model of attentiveness and service. Starting with the eye examination: completely different from anythingI'd had elsewhere, a really thorough and careful examination of everything to do with my sight and eyes. And then the 'front room' attention, where there was no rush or 'selling'. After years of searching I now have a top-notch team I can consult whenever I have any issues with my eyes.

Wonderful opticians! I visited in November 2020 and had a thorough eye examination by optometrist Karmelo, which also proved to be very informative. Sifa was incredibly helpful (and patient) as I tried on many glasses, including ordering more frames in for me, nothing was too much trouble, and the perfect pair were found. Their passion for the service provided shone through and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were patients of Hugh Breakspear for many years and after he retired, thought we might find a more local practice in Hertfordshire. However, we have found Karmelo to be a very thorough, professional and genuinely pleasant optometrist and we will continue to make the journey to Muswell Hill. Sifa has also been most accommodating and is very professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend Eyes on Broadway.

I was looking for an optician that could look after my whole family and Eyes on Broadway were recommended to me. We felt we all had a very thorough and caring assessment, taking in to consideration history and putting together pieces that hadn’t been put together by other opticians. My husband and I were patients of Mr Hugh Breakspear and my husband went to his father so we were unsure about having a new optician. But our fears were unfounded. We are both very impressed with the quality of eye tests, the length of time given to each patient, the spacious, comfortable environment and the help finding and fitting new frames. I am particularly grateful for the care I've recieved for my particular type of dry eye condition.

Have been with this optician for over 40 years when Mr Breakspeare owned the business and really impressed with the quality of care, service, and products offered by the new couple Karmelo and Sifa who have taken over.

I have found Karmelo, Sifa and Rachel very professional. I came away with an amazing pair of modern glasses with a thinned out lens thanks to the service and quality of the products on offer. I have a difficult prescription to work with and cannot recommend Eyes On Broadway enough.

Lovely and thorough as always. The service is impeccable even during this pandemic. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my eyes! They truly care about their clients.

From the moment I entered the door I knew this would be a great experience. As someone who has ‘put off’ having my eyes tested for a long while. once I was greeted with The kindness and professionalism I was instantly put at ease. All my questions were answered clearly and I was given so many options. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A great atmosphere and I am over the moon with my FANTASTIC new glasses!
