Karmelo is a highly skilled optometrist. He is very good at communicating what needs to be done.

It is the best eye test I have ever had. Both Karmela and Sifa are so lovely, calm, they clearly love their work and are a joy to be around. I trusted Karmelo's recommendation and diagnosis because it made sense and he walked me through everything and answered my (many) questions. The next step is to speak with Sifa about the lenses and the frames, once again, the best service I've had and such a joy to find the right frame with her. Sifa has such an amazing spirit, her joy and passion for delivering a great service is so clear and so contagious. I have never felt sooo good buying glasses! I will definitely return. They both were incredible!

The lenses on my new glasses seemed a bit weak so I had to return. The team went out of its way to re-test and sort out the problem and I was very pleased with the end result. The appointment system means you get individual attention with time and space. I had to travel quite far but it was worth it and I would strongly recommend.

Karmelo and Sifa give a first class, polite, welcoming and totally professional approach to their work. I was recommended to them by a friend, and they are a world away from my previous experience with opticians. They kindly repaired a pair of glasses for me (not from them) free of charge, and then when I came to replace my spectacles they were wonderful. Highly recommended local business of high quality!

The service that Sifa & Karmelo give you at eyes on broadway is absolutely first class, they do everything you would expect and more. The help they give you with selecting the right frames for your face is amazing, I have no hesitation in recommending them. I came away feeling confident that I was given the right prescription and that the frames suited my face perfectly. Will definitely be sending all my family their way.

Excellent service: optician took care during the eye test, explained everything clearly, attentive. Have been fitted with my new glasses and prescription: again attentive care to the fitting and am confident that they will provide solid after care service. Maybe a bit pricier than some opticians but for me, it was worth it... they were recommended to my be a friend who clearly was also full satisfied with their service
