We normally use Toni and Guy in Bolton to get my wife and mine lenses reglazed.
The service we receive is truly impeccable from Debbie.
She is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the process.
Debbie goes out of her way for us, makes us feel welcome over the phone and we feel even though we live in Yorkshire we will continue to use their Opticians.
I think the service they give is very rare nowadays and that gives us even more of a peace of mind.

This is my second visit to Toni and Guy opticians, this time I purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and I can honestly say that I am over the moon with every aspect of my experience. Sara gives wonderful, friendly and helpful service and is extremely knowledgeable which helped in my selection. I was given a clear indication as to how long the sunglasses would take to arrive, they actually came earlier than i was expecting and i was informed straight away on arrival. The sunglasses were perfect and i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this opticians. I will be going back again when i need new glasses as they are so friendly and have an excellent selection to choose from. Thank you again from a very happy customer.

Well!!..... What can I say?! Yet again absolutely brilliant service from Toni and guy!! Sara, you are absolutely fantastic!!! I have never been treated so we'll by an internet firm! Come to think of it, by any retail firm! Here, you are treated like a family member as opposed to a customer! Due to this fact I have recommended Toni and guy to friends and family, who also use them and are shocked by the customer service, prices, selection and delivery.

Recently, I broke one of my pairs I brought from these guys. I contacted Sara and asked her the price to repair. Without hesitation she had me send them back for repair foc! Within days they were back to me!! As always, when I asked her how I can contact the directors to personally thank them and appraise Sara she felt there was no need. Goes to show what great people they are doesn't it!

Anyone thinking of using this firm.... You would be crazy not to!!! I know I shall be using them for a very long time to come!!!!
