Initially I bought a pair of ray bans from Toni and Guy.
When I arrived at their store I was greeted with friendly smiles, like I was an old friend.
Once I started to look at the sunglasses available. I was give loads of advice what style would suit my face shape. I had never really thought about it to be honest. I thought the Optician and the assistants were really personable and try their very hardest to please me.
When I choose a pair I was amazed at the price. I had looked on line previously at the recommended price on ran bans. The prices at Toni and Guy were so much lower. Wow I was well happy.
I have now been back again for reading glasses. Again still fantastic service and price.
Since my visits I have recommended Toni and Guy to my family and friends they are well pleased too.

They were really accommodating in obtaining my chosen sunglasses and despatched them really quickly..... They couldn't have done enough for me!

Id have no hesitation in using Toni & Guy again

I have bought two pairs of glasses from Toni and Guy Opticians and have had a very positive experience both times. They have always replied helpfully to my emails and phone calls and I have found the service very efficient. The prices are great too with a vast selection of frames. I've recommended them numerous times as the service is simple when ordering, the staff are friendly and they offer frames that I can't buy on the high street. Highly recommended.

I'm really pleased with the price of my glasses. The purchase process has only two order statuses (being processed, fulfilled) which do not communicate how things are progressing. My lenses have mostly polished edges, but not fully on the outer edges; also one of the nose pads has started to discolour within 3 weeks of delivery, so I'm disappointed about that.

I used Toni and Guy Opticians online because I wanted to buy some Oliver Peoples glasses and they have a good, well priced selection.
I went ahead and ordered which was very simple.
However the frames I ordered and paid for we're not in stock and not due for re-delivery for six weeks. I was not offered a refund at this point if I did not wish to proceed, simply an apology.
I was not prepared to wait as my old glasses had been damaged and I needed a new pair fast.
I changed my frame option and it was delivered in a week.
I was disappointed not to have known earlier my first choice was out of stock as many other sites have live stock availability info, however I can see the reason for not displaying this information as I may have chosen not to order had I known and purchased elsewhere...
In the end I was happy with the overall experience and happy with my glasses.

The ordering was easy with lots of instruction, fab designs from amazing designers at resonable prices.
The delivery was really quick and good contact was maintained throughout the whole process.
Really pleased with what I received and love my new D&G glasses!

They save me a lot of money compared to buying from a high street shop the fact you guys do free lenses saves myself a lot of money as well.

Free delivery and emails answered very quickly shows great customer service.
I was over impressed with the ease of switching an ordered pair of glasses for a new pair as I didn't like the originally ones.

Will visit again whenever i need another pair of glasses.

I ordered some sunglasses online but made a mistake when ordering. After several days I realised my mistake and contacted them, they responded immediately, tracked my order and rushed it through (even though it was my error) communicating with me all the while with updates. It's rare to get such good levels of service.
