Avoid this company
Confusing and misleading information which made drop off at Heathrow stressful. When we returned from holiday we had a ULEZ fine from when our car was driven during our holiday when it was supposedly parked. The company would not reimburse us or offer an explanation. Avoid!
HEATHROW - MEET & GREET EZYBOOK - DO NOTUSE
Our flight arrived back at Heathrow early. We called and were informed it would be 30 minutes. We were told to stay in the arrivals building, and the driver would call us to say where we could meet him. They don't have a designated drop-off point. They duck and dive. The car was delivered 40 minutes later. This is not a Meet & Greet Service. This is a car stored some distance away off-site facility. The driver was polite which was in complete contrast to the driver and switchboard operator when we dropped off the vehicle. We misread the instructions and did not call before we arrived. We waited 50 minutes. The driver had arrived and had called to say he was there. We were pacing up and down anxious because we thought we were going to miss our flight. He just sat there. When we finally connected, I asked him why he hadn't looked at the registration plate of our vehicle and walked over to introduce himself, like every other Meet & Greet service, he said: I don't read registration plates. This is our second consecutive abysmal experience with Ezybook. We are done, now. Never again. Our advice: Pay a little more and use a Meet & Greet company with a functional business model which says what it does on tin. Not Meet & Greet, it's Meet & Wait. AVOID ALL EZYBOOK AIRPORT FACILITIES

I booked in sept 2025 for Meet and Greet from Heathrow T2 for 25th March 2026. I booked company called Panda but on email it said the company was Express Parking. Having read something on social media I looked into their reviews. To my shock they were awful (1st question do Ezybook review their suppliers?) So I cancelled my booking in Jan 2026 as I wouldn't take any chances especially as I have young Grand children with me. Having taken out Cancellation policy and cancelled with over 80 days before my collection date I assumed I'd get a full refund. How wrong I was. The £15 administration charge is taken. I have complained to Ezybook without any joy. SEEMS A CON TO ME
So why would you take cancellation cover? One for Ezybook to answer.

Do not use this company. Our experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off.Our outbound flight was changed from the afternoon to the following morning. I called the driver in advance & was told this would be fine as long as we called 30 minutes before arriving. However, when we reached the airport the next day, we were told our booking had been cancelled & were forced to make a new booking.On our return journey, our flight was delayed. They charged us £40 to get our car Back, the drivers are so rude and unprofessional.

Booked a park and ride with them for Heathrow, when I arrived the the train station they told me I had a meet and greet booking (even though my booking showed park and ride)
Once I arrived at the terminal and dropped off my car it all seemed fine (bar the £7 ticket for drop off and collection which they don’t tell you about)
When I arrived back at Heathrow after my trip I called them before collecting my luggage as they advised and STILL had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring my car to the terminal. Upon receiving my car they left cake wrappers in the back seat and tickets all over the passenger seat and did not even apologise. Ontop of that my car had higher mileage and a lot of petrol missing
Week later I received a PCN from Heathrow of someone driving my car on the 21st of December while I was out of the country (which confirmed my suspicion of them using my vehicle without my permission which is fraud)
I have taken the matter further with police and I will not rest till I am compensated fully and God willing get this company shut down for good!
Again I stress DO NOT book these guys.

They left me waiting in the airport more than 45 minutes. I call them 4 times, no one came to pick me up, then I took a black taxi to get my car!!
They gave you low price, but at the end you find yourself paying the highest cost!! So be careful.

I would Not recommend this company. I rang 30 minutes to confirm my arrival to the airport and still waited 40 min until they pick up my car. I had to ring multiple times to see where and all they kept on saying they where 10 minutes away. Luckily I didnt miss my flight.
On the way back I followed there instructions and called them when my luggage was collected just to find out it was up to a 30 min wait.
In total I waited over 50 mins to collect my car which was disgraceful. They didn't even check who I was and just gave me my car keys.
In the future I will go with a different company and pay a little bit more.

Left my whole family waiting for 90 minutes in the cold. No truthful communication from company for an ETA, so were left completely unaware of how long to wait despite calling. They lied to us saying the car had left the parking lot several times when it had not. Completely unprofessional regard for wasting our time. Do not book.

I have used meet and greet multiple times at Heathrow. This company was actually on time both at arrival and departure. The driver was an Indian guy. Very well spoken and had the curtesy to call before arriving to the car park. At the price I paid I am actually very very satisfied. Many thanks. Keep up the hard work!!

Ezybook lists multiple meet and greet airport parking companies with suspiciously high ratings (4.8–4.9 stars), yet my real-world experience tells a very different story.
I’ve booked several meet and greet services through Ezybook, and almost all of them have delivered the same poor experience: exetermly long waits for car return, weak communication, ignored phone calls, and excuses instead of service. The most recent one left me waiting over 2 hours in freezing conditions at Stansted Airport.
This raises serious questions about how these ratings are generated. The star scores shown on Ezybook do not reflect reality, and customers are being misled into thinking they’re booking premium, reliable services — when in fact they’re getting disorganised operators who clearly can’t cope and are so lousy and incompetent.

From initial booking of two vehicles through to the final collection i can't fault the service i received. Correspondence was clear, concise instruction for drop off and collection and all timings were perfect. Called on morning of drop off as leaving hotel 10 minutes away. On arrival at car park staff from Sure Parking on hand to check vehicle and take control. On return called the number provided once baggage collected and by time we had walked to the car park both vehicles were waiting for us. Car park ticket handed over , vehicle checked and we were away in minutes. Will be using again for next trip. Thank you.

Completely untrustworthy. They keep promising my refund for a double booking ( which was their fault) which is " in the system" but months later it has not arrived.
