Car Damage and No Reponse from Provider

Booked Heathrow airport Meet and Greet parking through a recommended provider on their website. The provide Lion Parking damaged my car and when I queried about the damage I was asked to take a picture and send an email. This was on 9th Nov, since then I have been constantly chasing every other day via phone and email but no response at all from either Ezybook or Lion Parking.

Headline price should include airport…

Headline price should include airport drop off charge (£6 each way) strongly recommend you take this into account when booking.
They did the job but to say driver is " friendly " is simply not true...certainly for us when we were taken to airport. Generally maybe I expect too much but this is the most basic airport parking I've ever used. Wife was concerned for safety of the car aa it's left in a dodgy looking car lot. Minibuses have seen better days- amazed they have MOT
They used Bee parking for us
Link sent by them for review does not allow anything but 5 stars- seems a bit off too

Great service

We have used EzyBook.co.uk a few times now and always found them easy to use without any problems. Drop off and pick up both without any delays. We will be returning to this company again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FIRM.

Waited nearly an hour for the car to be collected upon departure. When receiving the car upon arrival, it was absolutely stinking dirty (outside). Customer service was extremely rude throughout and not helpful at all. All-in-all gave the most unpleasant experience and added unnecessary stress to our holiday. Would not recommend.

Crooks and liars

Crooks and liars. Booked airport parking at Heathrow and paid for the cancellation option as was waiting for surgery. Had to cancel and emailed them to refund the payment to card but they were pressing me to take a credit note. I made it clear I wished to have a refund and never heard a thing from them, despite contacting them again a few weeks later to ask when I would receive my refund. No answer again, so I advised them I would be raising a dispute via credit card resolution and gave them a deadline. They came back to me on the deadline date claiming they had processed it that day and it would be on my account in around 5 days. Never received it and have now had to raise a dispute via Amex.

Waited 35mins on Return

Pick up @ LHR was ok ish, about 10 minute wait , driver was nice & friendly...but had to wait 35 mins on my return for delivery of my car early in the morning in the cold exposed car park

surprisingly nice experience

Hi
My experience with this company was great.
Car left in the middle of the night , collected 4 days later from the same spot, they were there on time and the car was looked after , with no extra miles on the meter or any scratches . We are very happy as the service was also very cheap. Will use again for sure and we recommend it to all.

I booked with EzyBook for the first…

I booked with EzyBook for the first time. I found out after booking that it’s Lion parking I found them to be an excellent company. When We arrived we couldn’t find where short stay level 2 parking was as we had took the wrong turning I called them they explained where to go. We only had to wait for the driver for about 10 mins. I also missed a call from them so called them back thinking there was something wrong but they were only telling me not to forget to pay for the parking for the wrong turning we had done which was the drop off fee. I thought this was so good of them to tell me. On our return we had a 2 1/2 hour delay but as soon as we got our luggage I called and they said they were busy but would get a driver as soon as they could I assumed we would be waiting for a good while but he was there within 10 minutes. Every time I spoke to them they were very friendly and helpful they definitely deserve a 5 star from me.

Like many I was lured into booking by…

Like many I was lured into booking by the cheap price. But please please please do not ever consider leaving your car with these people.

We arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 and was told to phone a mobile number 30 minutes before which we did. We was told somebody would be there to collect the car but when we arrived we had to wait another 45 minutes for the car to be collected which resulted in Is nearly missing our flight. (This is the least of the stress and worry)

Our car is fitted with a tracking device and we also had an Air tag attached to the key. When we arrived at our destination we noticed that the car was being driven around London! We were told that the car was being taken to a compound in slough which was an utter lie! After phoning to question why our car was being driven around london we were told that it wasn’t after I stated I’m viewing it on the tracker he told me not to worry and that it would be with me on Sunday at the airport?!?!

The following day we’d realised that the air tag attached to the key had been disabled and the car was now parked at a tyre fitting/scrap yard 10 minutes away from the airport. This was a bit more of a relief knowing it was closer to the airport but still not where it was intended to be parked.

The real trouble came on collecting the car. We waited 2 hours for the car to be collected. 5 minutes before the car arrived an Asian guy called and told me I had to give the driver a £10 cash tip to receive my key and the car! At this stage I agreed knowing full well that I wouldn’t be Handing over any cash but wanted to keep them happy just until I had the car back in my possession.

When the driver arrived he jumped out of the car and ran! No words exchanged. Never seen the guy I could have been anyone! No paper work he just ran away!

Upon inspecting the car we now know why he ran away and disappeared into the stairwell on level 4.

The car had been turned upside down. A pair of beats headphones had been stolen, loose change and a couple of small notes had been taken from the middle of the dash. All of my cars possessions had been tossed into the boot of the car.

The seat covers had been tampered with so they could check the back pockets of the seat! The car was filthy, littered with dirty tissues, McDonald’s wrappers.

Also in the boot of the car I found a pair of lady’s shoes and a car tyre air pump?!

I phoned the number to try and explain but he called me a liar and hung up the phone.

After discovering all of this we took a drive to the tyre/center and scrap yard where the car had been for 2 days!

Great service and support!!!

This for us was a really good experience. Arrived at the car park and was greeted by a friendly attendant who took my keys. Short wait and quick transfer to the airport via minibus. On our return our flight was significantly delayed. Sent a message on whattsapp before leaving our hotel and received a fast response telling us not to worry and phone them when we finally arrive. On arrival, collected from the airport and taken to our car. Keys handed over. No hassle whatsoever. My daughter needed the toilet prior to leaving and she was supported with respect. I was very happy and would use the service again.

DONT BOOK STAY CLEAR

This company is a joke dont book worse ever.
I will start of by saying I've booked many car parking and have never come across one like this where you have to paid for entrance and exit which adds another £14.50 on ur bill.
I always take a picture of my miles and petrol before I leave and when I come back please tell me why there was over 20miles used on my car over the time it was left. When I phoned the company to ask they said only 3miles should be used and to contact companies and still waiting for a reply im asking back for a full refund. DONT BOOK

Very angry and unsatisfied customer

I'm very angry with these guys because they disabled my dashcam, removed and lost my sd card. When I called to question this, they said that they disable all dashcams to protect the privacy of their premises. Dashcams in parked cars do not record anything, do they? I wonder what it is that my dashcam captured that they didn't want me to see?
