Item never arrived. Never got a dispatch email. Have sent an email to customer service but also no reply. Feeling very scammed despite the glowing reviews from everyone else on here
Product turned up in no other packaging only the address label on the box, which was ripped and damaged, the foil holding the contents was split so therefore the bird food had come out. Emailed them twice, to date no reply. Can't find a telephone number for them!!!
I was recommended by Vetafarm to Fabfinches as they are the only UK stockist of Vetafarm macaw food. I wanted three Vetafarm foods for my macaws and Gemma said she could order them for me as a special order. I was a bit anxious ordering via a website and giving details etc but Gemma was amazing. She put the items up so I could do through the website, answered all of my emails super fast AND customer service was amazing and kept me up to date with where my order was (made to order in Australia so took a good month to arrive here) and was sent out to me the same day it arrived. I’ve since ordered again and Gemma has even been kind enough to stock more of the food and look into getting some 10kg sacks so that I can order as I need rather than stockpile. Literally can not fault service, customer service, products and willingness to help and accommodate. Fully recommend and I am happy to stay as a regular customer, plus happy macaws! Couldn’t ask for more!
I love the product but it was very expensive and I also had to pay a customs charge so not very happy.
Arrived fast and started to treat my aviary birds straight away. My birds look 100% better. I had two poorly canaries that use to sit on the floor all puffed up and not moving much. They are know sitting on perches eating and drinking and are so much better.
Excellent products and service. Cannot praise enough. Highly recommend.

ordered two large sacks of bird food. Only one delivered. After chasing found that they only had one despite paperwork saying 2 and they would refund me.
Why should i chase to find out? why dont they communicate with the customer to see what he wanted?

One out of the 3 packs of food inside the box was badly damaged and leaked. Contacted support for a replacement/refund but received no response. The box should have been filled with some padding so that the contents don’t move around and that would have prevented this mess and waste.
Very dissaponting experince when I purchased items , customer service is zero .and delivery is dicey to say the least
