Great company with the personal touch.
The delivery driver from Evri left my parcel on the street, it obviously was stolen. Evri did nothing in spite of my sending them the photo the driver sent saying theyd delivered it and showing it on the street. However Fable and Mirth immediately promised to send a replacement via an alternative courier. I don’t see why they should be out of pocket when it’s not their fault. It’s a very kind gesture from them.

Excellent service.
When I received my package one item was broken I contacted Fableandmirth explained that the packaging was good but something had been dropped on it. After sending photographic evidence they sent me a replacement. They were very helpful and I would certainly recommend them.
