Ordered trumper eucrius perfume.
Very pleased seems the genuine product

Cut a long story short - Travelled almost 2 hours to come here and boy I can tell you, don't waste your money! Too expensive and it's unjusfiable to charge what they charge because of their "following"

Walked through the door and 3 girls sat behind a desk, not one acknowledged me and said hello. Felt unwlecome.

When they did I sat for a min or two until the main owner came to give me lip filler.

Now, there was no convo, not a dime. And I could talk you into next year but I lay and she didn't ask what I wanted. I was in and out of that lil' make shift room in 5 mins for lip fillers?
My mother was also with me and they didn't speak to her either. (There was no one else on the place either).

I didn't feel welcome, I felt like I was in a place that I wasn't appreciated as a person paying.

5 minutes is most definitely not enough time for 1ml of filler. Cost me £170!!! Unjusfiable. She didn't even look at my lips before hand.

I think you should appreciate your clients and realise you are a human, the same as everyone else.

Just ordered 200ml Olaplex shampoo at a very good price. Genuine product. Excellent service. Very fast free delivery. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Arrived within 48 hours, well packaging with proper QR code on the bottle.

Item is legit. Same smell and consistency as salon purchased Olapex.

Very please with the service delivered, this company goes above and beyond to resolve customer issues and make sure everything is as it should be. Face and Co are an extremely professional business with a range of products on offer, I will defiantly use this company again in the future.

This is the third or fourth time I have used this company and can only say that their service, products and delivery are excellent.

This company had an ad on facebook where if you signed up to their newsletter you would be able to pick a free full size product and only pay postage. Brilliant offer as they had some interesting brands, i selected a face serum worth approx £40 paid the postage and waited. I received the confirmation and dispatch emails and i waited....14th March the item was dispatched, approx a month later i emailed enquiring about the missing product. The email asked me to confirm the product was missing( i assume my email enquiring where my product was and i had not received it clarified this?!?) then a response refunding me the postage!!! No offer of a replacement or other item etc no mention of anything just an instant refund of postage. Ok so the item was free but it just stinks of a scam where they get you to sign up to the newsletter, never send the so called freebie then offer you your postage and a £5 voucher off another product( why on earth would i patrionaise you further)? All my items in the post have been delivered whether freebies or full priced items so it is strange this is the ONLY item to go missing.... the company gave a poor excuse that they would not send another item out at " cost to them" wasn't the first one at cost to you or was it something else?- Seemed an odd special offer for a smaller company to offer a free FULL SIZED product( how many 1000's would have been ordered).
All in all very strange almost pre-planned to refund the postage then offer a voucher...... I would avoid this company as several people i have spoken to have never received their so called freebie. Most genuine companies and smaller independent businesses offer a replacement of sorts etc.

The item was free and i am not out of pocket but i just feel this was a scam to get more subscribers or to encourage people to use a £5 voucher and get money that way.

Superfast delivery and high quality product as described. Highly recommended!

I Cannot comment on the quality of the product because I have purchased these for my wife.
But they were easy to order and delivered very quickly.
Once they have been tested I will let you know.
