A great range of products. I've tried quite a few now and particularly love the Trumper Wellington cologne and D R Harris Windsor aftershave. I love the St James range too. Lovely and fruity!
I couldn't leave a review without mentioning YOI hair styling products. Great quality, easy to apply and clean off your hands. Being unscented means it doesn't affect your lovely cologne or aftershave (see above!).
Face & Co always deliver swiftly and well packaged, and always for a reasonable price.

Amazing products... I had the Scottish fine soaps handwash and moisturiser purchased as a gift from this site and have to be honest they smell amazing and I would 100% purchase from here again for myself and also for others as gifts.

Started with a lockdown purchase...
I started using this company at the start of lockdown, I was looking for hand soap, thats it. Service was so quick, which was a surprise as nothing else seemed to be getting through at the time! First buy was a little set of soap and hand cream with a little base, a real treat but worth every penny. Since then, I've tried all sorts of different products, got my partner into the proper shaving (old school) gear, he loves it. Love the packaging too, I can recycle everything! 👌

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I bought razor for husband week later it became black, it's £80 for something worth £10. Ot felt cheap i wanted to return, first they agreed then somene else joined and told me to watch YouTube as if we were stupid and didnt know how to care for it. I cannot return it and wasted £80 for something used once that will not be used again as it's so bad. Cheap handle, awful blade!
Olive oil was used prior to that. He used beard oil after it had already darkened. He only used it once and put oil on it. It wasnt evsn in the bathroom before that neither it was stored in a humid environment.

Sorry to hear you feel you've had a bad experience with your purchase. We have tried to assist you, even extending with direction to videos that assist with treatment and restoration. The additional comments of quality were not in your original point of contact.
You ordered an Solingen Böker Open Razor, a quality specialist item that doesn't just require specialist consideration when using it, but also with the care of it. Placing any steel object in a wet or humid environment without treatment will undoubtedly cause it to rust. You really must clean the blade and then oil with mineral oil to protect it from moisture. Trying to prevent further deterioration after the oxidation process has started with a beard oil won't stop the process, if anything the additives (fragrance and whatever else possibly water) in the beard oil will probably accelerate the process and so whilst it's understandable as to why you did it, you probably shouldn't have.
It's regrettable that you feel that this is the fault of the retailer, but it really is not.
