Customer care is disappointing for a high-end brand. There isn't much customer service is willing to do for you. I received an email to their early access summer sale. I tried using their 10% off first time order but could not do this. I sent a request asking if it could be applied and the response was —No. I decided to purchase the item about a week later, the day after I received an email indicating my item shipped I received another summer sale email with further markdowns. The shirt I ordered was markdown an additional 10%. I sent another request to customer service if I could receive a credit for the difference, the answer was —No. if Façonnable is interested in retaining their customers they need to focus on what they will do for a customer to make them happy.

Online store still good!
First time purchasing Facconable online since Nordstrom sold off the brand.
Good communication and easy returns if needed. Swim trunks and sweatshirt nicely fitted, not oversized.
Beautiful fabrics and construction as always so don't hesitate!
