Bad experience

I ordered clothes from here back in March
Were due for delivery one month later, the got an email that they can’t find my address (which I must add has only been here since 1910! lol) and the clothes were being returned. We never even saw the package….let alone the goods
Then emails from them for next 4 months saying they were looking into refunding us (which never happened)
We eventually went through paypal and filed a claim and was found in our favour and were refunded the full amount.
When I got back to faddylife to say we have money back…They sent an email saying “ Thanks for contact and they will look at the case and get back to us!” lol Just shows how much interest they have in an individual.

So my advice is avoid and if you do buy and are let down as we were…make a claim through paypal or bank etc…as you’ll get no joy from Faddylife

Hahaha hah I'm actually dying I've just received the rest of my. Order that I made in February (its July now) so I've had an ongoing battle trying to track down where my items were etc just to receive "they have been shipped" every time. And now they've finally arrived I think there's only 1 of them that's actually turned up as described. We just had a catwalk at work with the dungarees I ordered, there is enough fabric there to shelter a family of 5 in a monsoon. I'm a little bit of a crafter so to save myself the aggro of attempting to return them and get any money back at all I'm going to use the fabric to make a whale lift harness for the local sealife centre.

1 of my 3 ordered goods have arrived after 4 months . Wish I could put a photo on here . Absolute joke. I wouldn’t use it as a duster.

Placed my order during lockdown so expected some delay with delivery (2months in fact) but my order did arrive and i received excellent customer service when chasing delivery. Very happy with items, even if they did take some time to arrive.

Pleasantly surprised. I don't know why, but I've just had all items delivered. After reading reviews and kicking myself, I had written them off. The 3 T shirts are great. My size. Nice necklace. Wish I'd ordered dungarees in smaller size. Crotch is a bit low.

Don’t buy anything from theses people. I’ve waited. 3 months and omg the clothes are very poor quality disgusting. And the sizes are way off £100 worth of clothes and only one T-shirt is passable. Theses need to be stopped 😡😡😡😡😡

Theives. Scam company. Deluvered terrible clothes after 3 months. A pair of jeans not delivered and no refund. Custimer service is a standard email. The cotton the use in their poorly made clothes is strange. It is basically theivery. Would give no stars.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS.BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY ORDERED ON 24 TH APRIL STILL WAITING FOR 2 ITEMS OUT OF 5 HAVE REQUESTED REFUND FIVE TIMES AND THEY REFUSE BECAUSE THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. THEY ARE TOO THICK TO UNDERSTAND THAT NOT RECEIVED MEANS REFUND.
THEY ARE THIEVES ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

I got my shirt, after 3 months of waiting, rubbish !!!!

Same as previous reviews. Wish i had checked them out first. Ordered 28th April. Its now July 13th.
Avoid.

I wouldn’t even give a star . More a black spot . This company is a joke I’ve waited ages for my parcel and still waiting . Says it’s in transit .

PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT USE . I’ve sent numerous emails and nothing !!!

Wish I could give them 0 stars....I feel so stupid to not have looked at the reviews, I usually do, but was feeling like I need retail therapy whilst in lockdown.....I’m still waiting 50dys in, the company just tell me to be patient, no tracking, refuse to give me a refund, they are an absolute scam, I will try and claim back my £30 from my bank.....and report them if I don’t see any goods at the 2 month mark.......this company stinks!

BEWARE!

Waited 8 weeks for items to arrive. So called Tracking Service does not work. Resigned to have been scammed but finally received Items today. Very poor quality and certainty not as per on-line images/description. One star awarded because no star Option available Once bitten...

Terrible - don't buy from this company. Order took 48 days to arrive and when they did they were nothing like the pictures on the website, poor quality and both were too small for me anyhow! when I asked to return them they tried to fob me off with 15% then 25% discount saying I could use the money to get the garments altered! How I make a sweatshirt bigger? Then they said I had to return at my own expense which was going to cost me £25+ not worth the hassle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I have reviewed this company before and have not received any goods from my order back on 2 May. Anyone else waiting ask your bank to do a charge back and get your money back

Clothes took over 2 months to arrive and most were awful! 2 items were really nice but 3 others we're massive, cheap material and nothing like the pictures. Can't believe I wasted my money.

Absolutely terrible it's been 2 months still waiting for my item, a pair of trousers came, completely different to picture, I asked to return but now they are not providing me with return address. AVOID!!!!!!

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Had to chase order up after 4 weeks. Was told to be patient. Received one item which were too small. Made contact and advised an exchange would take 6-8 weeks so they advised me to keep and they’d refund me 15% so I could use the cloth to make bigger ( that’s not even possible!). Had given up on other two items but have just arrived after 8 weeks and clearly not as described and cheaply finished. No point in sending back so all a waste of money.

I ordered clothing in the middle of May. It is now 30 June and to date I still have not received my order. I have tried contacting them twice to which they do reply to say that no refund is available after shipping and that I can track my order which says the same thing each time i try it. DO NOT USE. I have spent £60 on items I do not have.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE. 3 months shipping and only shipped half the order. Refused to give a refund and tracking info was all in Chinese.
