ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY! Took 3 months to arrive and then after after receiving the awful products and requesting a refund... they tel me they can either give me 15% of the refund back and keep the clothes or send it back to China which will be costly and charge me more money. The fact that they don’t even want their own clothes back, prove me a point that the quality is awful and they obviously do this to so many customers! I wish I could explain this on a bigger platform so no one ever shops from them again! RIP OFF

I just cannot believe the gumption of this dodgy company! Now my bank are dealing with my refund I really hope they take them to court to get the money back as it seems so unfair that they get away with it. I am taking it to trading standards. I too fell into the trap thinking I was buying British during lockdown wanted some retail therapy! No they have finally given me a Chinese return address but threatened I maybe liable for customs costs too? Offered me 15/25 & now 30% so really makes me to see how much margin they are making on these items! Terrible...do not buy! I have certainly learnt my lesson!

Despite the UK address on their website, A partial order of really poor imitations of the clothing pictured, arrives 2 months after ordering. Despite the return process on their web site, they are reluctant to handover a Chinese returns address. Over a week on of daily emails I have been offered a 15% refund, them informing me it will be more costly to return the package! Really this isn’t what the web site says!

I made an order on faddylife, I couldn't afford it and regretted it as soon as I had done it. I then read the reviews and was horrified that I would lose my 80.82 pence, so I canceled straight away. They responded a few days later, as my order was made in a Friday. They were courteous and swift at refunding me my money.

I've been waiting since mid May for my order. I cannot track it on company page as it says my order number and email don't match. When I go to the royal mail tracking it gives 2 dates that it was supposedly dispatched one being 2nd of June. I have emailed faddylife 3 times and I get an automated response advising me to do what I've tried to do!

I would not recommend this company. Received one item from a few ordered and it’s poor quality and not the size I ordered. I have emailed them numerous times to send it back. They are reluctant to give out the return address.

I luckily paid with PayPal who are investigating this company who say they are UK based on the website. They copy pictures from other companies then advertise them on their website. Please do not buy from them, unless you wish to lose your money.

Absolutely crap product NOTHING as it should have been , waited 12months for it to turn up , rubbish customer service, will never ever use them again hope they go under investigation for trading standards.

Paid and placed two orders 7th May sent copy of credit card bills to prove placement of order still not received shipment. Never received order confirmations trying to chase waste of time they want order numbers. They have my email address and shipment address still no joy.
Now 11th June

Not even worth one star ! I’m really disappointed with myself for falling for this low life company ! Have learnt a valuable lesson ... do not order from these .. I did investigate the domain from where they came from and was only set up in March this year! Email after email I have sent and some of them not that pleasant as I have had enough of their stupid reply’s.. never again will I fall for this 🙄

Like most people on here I placed an order on 17/5 which I had to chase; I have today 12/6 received goods which are shockingly poor quality and don’t resemble at all the product in photo.
When you try and phone the number it is unobtainable. The trades description act let alone fraudulent advertising and trading should be investigated.

Not worth the star. 9 weeks on, no delivery, no communication, no refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Furious.

i am writing to you about how disgusted i was about the items i received from Faddylife they are nothing like the pictures or as described i attached pictures for them to see
I was asking for a full refund or send me the items i ordered and of that quality

I placed an order on 28 April, after a few emails proposing me that the order was supposedly shipped on 3 May I am still waiting.. the tracking number is actually recognised now but as of today my parcel is apparently in Belgium (11 June) I have hopes that it will arrive before summer is gone.. never again

WHERE'S THE 0 OPTION?!!! Don't use this website - it's a scamming Chinese company. Should be illegal as misleading photos of stock, items that don't arrive and no refunds.

DONT BUY NOTHING....... NOTHING ARRIVE LAKE ON PICTURE....... NO REFUND .

Total scam this company will steal your money
I returned item ,as it was wrong and I used return address on package , they say it is wrong address and will not refund . To add insult I had to pay return postage.

I ordered 3 items. Only 1 was delivered to me. It took six weeks. Tbh the t shirt I ordered was really nice but won’t be ordering again from this site due the fact only one item arrived plus you can’t get a refund. Not happy !!

Thieving lowlife fraudsters. Take your money and dont send goods, I've emailed and no reply, they've blocked me on messenger because I want a refund, they've blocked me on Facebook because I asked about my items. They are pure scum. Hope your business burns down A.S.S.H.O.L.E.S
