I ordered a dress which then took 6 weeks to arrive. I emailed the company chasing and just got generic emails back / told to check the tracking which gave no information. When the dress arrived it was poor quality, looked like a different material to the photo and the wording on the dress was completely different. It was meant to say “friends gathering” but said “juandh galeean” which is Somali for “into paradise”. I have emailed them regarding these issues. It fits ok though so I am going to keep it as I think it would be too much hassle and take too long to return it.

Bought some jeans for over £30. They arrived about 2 months later after I’d chased them up. I am very disappointed with them as they look nothing like the photograph. They were supposed to be embroidered but all I got was tacky transfers. The denim is cheap and nasty and I threw them in the bin as the prospect of returning them looked like a waste of time and effort.

Ordered shoes back in April. They arrive approx 6 weeks later. I contacted them several times asking where it was and they did I provide me with accurate tracking info.
I was very disappointed with the shoes so have asked for details where to return so I can get a refund.
I constantly get an automated email saying what they require for processing the refund. I reply with the info they require to only get the original email asking for the details!! Very frustrating and I only have 15 days so I bet you anything they will say soon I’m passed the 15 day deadline. Don’t buy from here

I too am a victim of this terrible company- how does it survive when it breaks all rules of customer rights? I’m angry with myself for not checking them out first - no stars at all to award

Ordered a month ago, finally heard from them about shipping info and it does not work. It is publicised as an American based company - it is not. If I ever get my parcel I'll post an update, for now, I'm not holding out my hope.

Complete con!! Waited 5 weeks for awful top to arrive, nothing like picture and still awaiting two other tops. Tracking system is also a con! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! You may as well just burn your money!

I waited 3 weeks to have 2 of my 5 items delivered. I'm still waiting for the other 3. I have tracking info but it does not work. The items I have received are poor. Described as Cotton-Blend, they are more like nylon. They look nothing like the pictures on the website which are lovely. I'm £81 down and despite asking for a refund, my emails are now being ignored. The only positive is that the sizes are true - but as for the rest - hang on to your hard earned dosh! I'm not letting this matter go. It's downright criminal. Oh - and no mention of being based in China. I only knew due to info on my Credit Card statement.

Ordered about 10 items, only one turned up and was completely different to the picture online, no sign of the rest and they are ignoring my emails now asking for a refund.

It’s a scam, avoid at all costs!

Do Not buy!!! I ordered around 8 weeks ago, as others have said tracking doesn’t work I have emailed and asked for a refund at least 6 times now and I get a standard response every time. Awful service and still no items and no money refunded!! WORST COMPANY BEWARE..

Definate dodgy business. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing. When emailing I have been told 20 days. Now trying to get a refund...stay away from this company.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This website has clearly lifted photographs from elsewhere and then attempted to make the clothing themselves. The jeans I have purchased are nothing like the photo, they smell and I am now trying to get a refund. No where does it say this is a Chinese website. This company are trying to trick consumers, please do not use.

I have recently given no stars to this company. My order took a very long time, I thought it would not arrive. They were not giving a valid tracking number. The tracking information in Chinese. To my surprise, the order finally arrived and the products were very nice, very good quality and just like the photographs. Sizes true.

I placed an order and haven’t received despite emailing numerous times. Was given order confirmation and tracking number but it just shows as in transport. No contact number just email. Don’t hold out much hope now £54 down

Although I was skeptical I gave it a try.
Items did take a while to come but overall the quality isn’t too bad. The sizes did come a lil larger than I expected even though I did the measurements correctly.
Customer service was ok to be honest. They responded promptly but had to send a few to get the right answer. Tracking is poor. You just have to wait it out.
I did see a number of similar sites after ordering selling the exact same stuff and images. There is an element of dodgy but would I buy again... yes I guess.

I wanted to give this company a go as their range of clothes looked great ! However after many delays in receiving the goods although understandable in the current Covid situation. When the tops turned up they were not at all like their picture descriptions. The blended colour on the tops was not there just a simple one colour tone and very cheap looking. I won’t be using this company again sadly dissapointed after waiting over a month to receive the goods.
