Search, find, pay then download and activate, yes it was that easy. No hassel having to telephone with all those numbers or explain to microsoft and after many months it still works fine with all the updates, next to sliced bread its the best company i've used.

Having read a few bad reviews regarding the Microsoft licence codes not working I decided to take the plunge and purchased two copies of Office Pro 2019 as the good reviews out-numbered the bad. The download was available immediately after purchase, as were the licence keys. However, both licence keys failed to work. When I contacted Microsoft the keys did not exist on their system. I started to think maybe I should've heeded the bad reviews. However, I emailed FairSoftware explaining the situation and, within an hour, they sent me two new licence codes and these worked. So I was very happy and relieved! The download and installation was straight-forward. So I am giving FairSoftware 5 stars as they sorted out my issues straight away.

The code did not work
The code did not work.
I emailed requesting a refund within two days of purchase. There was no response.
A couple of weeks later I emailed again, this time I got a response and was refunded that day. However, there was no explanation as to why the product purchased did not work. Please note that I wrote a review prior to trying a second time for a refund. I have tried to amend my Trustpilot review but have been unable to update it.
