Lack of customer service

I had placed my eid outfit order on 7th March 2022 and despite following up with your online team on watsapp multiple times I was reassured my order will be delivered before eid. Today, 27th of April I am still waiting of confirmation of my order to be sent so that I can track my outfit. I know for sure I won’t have an outfit for eid now due to lack of customer service of Faiza saqlain. All of this week their online team has been telling me each day that your order will be dispatched today however today never comes.
Please save yourself from unnecessary stress and avoid disappointment by shopping any other brand but Faiza Saqlain

Don’t waste your money

Oh my god. Where do I begin?
I ordered my engagement outfit from FS on September 9th, 2021. My engagement was at the end of November, so that should have been more than enough time according to their 55-65 working days policy. I contacted them within a week of placing my order, asking them for a time estimate as to when I’ll have my order. They had the audacity to say mid-December.
1) Their policy says 55-65 working days and that means it should have arrived mid November THE LATEST. They argued with me for a long time, and the MOMENT I said I want my money back, they said that they can try to expedite it.

2) Don’t get my started on their customer service. I kept in contact with them because I wanted to make sure that they weren’t screwing up my engagement outfit, and they were so incredibly rude. They would leave me on read MULTIPLE times and would take DAYS to reply to my messages with just a few words and barely answering my question.

I just recently ordered from them again, and I contacted them to get an estimate delivery date. They told me a date that’s 4 months later, which is absolute BS and not at all their policy. And when I questioned it, they literally didn’t bother acknowledging it.

FS is not worth the hell they put you through. Their outfits might be nice, but I’d appreciate some decency and professionalism from their customer service reps.

Oh and their sizes are not true to size.

Just stay away from this brand. Shop literally anywhere else.

Order still not received

I placed an order on Jan 7 for Eid. It’s now April 26 and I have not received it. I have been following up regularly and sometimes they respond and sometimes they don’t. They keep saying “it will be dispatched this week” every single week for 4 weeks now. Looks like I’ll have to scramble to find something else for Eid. Spent a lot of money and ordered early… very disappointed.

I ordered from the website from UK and…

I ordered from the website from UK and they sent me a dirty outfit that someone else had clearly worn! I spent so much on it and was hugely disappointed. I couldn’t be bothered to return it as it had taken so long to arrive. But I will never shop from there again. Also how can it pass checks with a dirty outfit?? It had mud stains on it and as it was a white outfit it just was unwearable. When I got it dry cleaned it was further damaged by how easily the colours stained on the white suit. You’d think for premium and luxury wear there would be some resilience to such mishaps. Be warned when buying from there

Bad customer service

I ordered an outfit collection for which it says on the website that “All Orders will be delivered before Eid if order is placed before certain date”
I followed the deadline to order for Eid and the dress is never shipped. Their customer service is horrible. Will not order again from them.

The staff is super cooperative and the product was exactly as expected.

Great customer service

Great customer service! They promised to deliver my outfits on time and followed through seamlessly! They were very helpful through out the process and all the outfits were gorgeous and fit like a glove! Would highly recommend!

They don’t care a dime about their customers

I haven’t even placed an order yet and I’m giving them 1 star . I have been following up with them on Watsapp since 10 days n they have replied to me only once until now .
I don’t know how does a business with such pathetic customer service survive in today’s competitive world .
I wanted to order 2 joras for myself and 2 for my husband , but they don’t care to even reply to messages when you are yet to give them business , imagine once they have your money how will they behave .
I don’t even know if the designer herself reads these reviews and does she even care . I have ordered from Anita Dongre and her customer service is sooo good . You tag her on twitter for an issue and she responds herself

Pathetic Customer Service and false commitments

AOA. I placed the order on 18th Sep and was told it will be delivered by Nov end. We have a wedding on Dec15th and placed the order for that. I feel like I will never get my dress

I feel like I will never get my dress.

I ordered on August 4 and it was customised. As per their website this would take 55 working days. This should have shipped by October 22 at THE LATEST.

I had no updates, I kept being told 'one more week'
I told them I had ordered WELL in advance of my event on December 4 - the customer service KEPT telling me 'another week 'another week' 'another week' and then after promising it will arrive by December 4 THEY VERY CONFIDENTLY tell me it will ship December 4. What sort of HANDLING IS THIS!

LOGISTICAL DELAYS - okay, I can understand if its out of your control but then give your customers a damn refund you fools! You create a so called brand but build it on no professionalism or accountability! ITS WITHIN YOUR CONTROL to give a better freaking service to your customers.

I ask to speak to someone incharge and I get told 'a call will be scheduled' BUT NO BLOODY TIME GIVEN? What kind of JOKE is this? What the heck are we paying for? You can't pick up the phone to attend to your customers you FOOLS?

I just want a refund. I absolutely am disgusted by the dishonestly and mishandling by this so called rip off brand

Save your money — go elsewhere

Horrible horrible customer service. Ordered well in advance of my friends wedding and was told they would arrive after the wedding. Then they rushed to get us outfits in time and sent us the wrong sizes. Customer service dragged the process for over a month and despite acknowledging that they sent the wrong size, they refused to fix the issue. First they told us to get the outfits altered in the USA then a week before the actual event, changed their mind and said they would not reimburse us for alteration charges and the only way to fix the outfits would be to ship them to Pakistan or bring them to Pakistan. Also would most accept a return once we said we will purchase new outfits in Chicago for the wedding. Now we have 3 outfits that do not fit us, the wedding has passed, and this so called brand has done nothing to help besides waste my time.

Great customer service and beautiful outfit!

The Faiza Saqlain team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I chatted with (Fatima) and (Yumna) they were helpful and answered all my questions concerning my order. I ordered Gulfam mint and the outfit was devine!..loved it. Definitely would love to shop again.

My experience with faiza saqlain has been really smooth from communication with the staff and team members to the delivery process.. the dress itself was beyond beautiful pictures didn't do justice of how it was in real.. can't wait to shop again X

Faiza Saqlan has the most atrocious…

Faiza Saqlan has the most atrocious customer service you could imagine. I paid for an outfit which ended up with a trouser being made with one leg 4 inches longer than the other ….. I’ve been at war with them for 3 months trying to get another pairs of trousers sent to me
which they have made but are refusing to hand over …. Neither the company or owner are responding to numerous messages I have sent via Instagram …… they are only interested in influencers and profile building - very much happy to rob the average customer.

Best Pakistani designer for hijabies!

This is my 3rd time placing an order at Faiza Saqlain. They listened to my requirements as i wear hijab so they made sure that my sleeves were not see through. The 1st time was for my mehndi ouftfit and they even send me some extra material for my hijab! Love love them!

Terrible service, avoid this company

Update: 60 days have passed and I still haven't recieved a refund. Shambolic business.

This company has terrible customer service. Please don't buy from them! I have ordered four times from them. Twice there were visible black pen marks on two of the outfits. There were string etc loose on the outfits. It took me absolutely ages to make the outfit wearable. One of the outfits arrived late and so I couldn't wear it for the event that I had ordered it for.

I decided to place another order but realised I wouldn't get it in time with their slow processes. So within the 24 hour cancellation window I requested to cancel the order. Staff members via WhatsApp and email were so pushy trying to get me to keep my order despite me repeatedly asking to cancel. They finally agreed to cancel my order and will now take 45 DAYS to refund my money back to me.

This is so unethical considering how quick they are to take money. This company is literally money grabbing. I will not be placing orders with them in the future. Please do yourself a favour and order from companies like Farah Talib Aziz, Zuria Dor, Zainab Salman or Sadaf Fawad Khan who have much better customer service than Faiza Saqlain.
