Absolute nonsense..I ordered and paid 10 days back..no information about shipping, no DHL tracking no and 3 days later, the order shows as delivered in the account..they don't have a person to attend the phone no. saying it's still COVID on automated voice..they haven't responded to the email sent 5 days back...I have no idea how to get contact in them..
doubting the credibility
I am a regular customer for falcon for the past 3 years. They have always delivered on time. But off late i am doubting the credibility of the store. so before a couple of months one order never got delivered and i was not able to get in touch with anyone from their side. after getting no replies for multiple mails, fb messages, insta messages, i contacted the falcon store.. they dint give the manager number initially saying online is a different location. After continuous calls they gave the manager number finally. The manager looked into the issue and refunded the amount. Then 2 orders were delivered on time. The most recent order, status showed as complete and i dint get a delivery. This time i contacted the manager immediately and he told me send the order number. After sending the order number he never replied or pick my calls. Then i tried calling from my husband number.. By now i lost my cool. I told him this is the 2nd time its happening. then he looked into it and told refund will be processed..I wont be ordering with them anymore
A VERY DISAPPOINTING ORDER
I wish l could give the company a minus star. This is because l bought six rice and l receive only one rice. Also l didn’t receive an item, and some of the items weren’t what l ordered for! Plus some of the food was rotten. A very bad service l must point out! How can a company make a lot of mistakes for an order!!!
I respected this company by sending the company what l did receive and what l didn’t receive, and the rotten food and asked them why they decided to send me only one rice and not informed me as if there was some shortage with the items in question …This company never bothered to get in touch up to date!!! I’ve also tried to phone the company several times to no avail!

I have ordered on 21 and 10 days after I am yet to receive my order.However the worst part is they don't have a contact number and they haven't responded once to numerous email chasers about delivery status.After charging for shipping the least they can do is let the customer know delivery date
