Really BAD!
Really BAD!! It has been more than 10 days but my delivery is not here yet. I have mailed twice but no response from the team. I am beginning to wonder if I lost my money.

Ordered two litres of oil, never received them. I have been charged. I tried contacting customer service via email and received no response. I tried calling but there is automated COVID message, with no response. Awful experience, please stay away or your money will vanish. I wish I read these reviews first, as I am not the only one with such an experience.

Bad experience with contact customer care - Phone is auto reply (Still impacted with Covid-19!!!) and emails are not responded. No way to track the delivery so all together place your order and forget about receiving the delivery.

I haven’t received my item which I ordered on 14 August 2023 which suppose to be delivered in 2 days via DH
When I wanted to check my delivery details,they took money from my account again. They said if you need help contact us and when I called the phone call was on automated and won’t allow you to speak. I sent multiple emails they didn’t respond then tried with SMS and still no response

the delivery was on time but the contents were not correct. the papads were broken with only one pack delivered.They sent 1 dark soy sauce instead of 2 light soy sauce. Have tried to contact them by phone(you are told they only accept emails because of covid).I then emailed them twice with no reply to either. No refund for incomplete or missing items. I didn’t receive the delivery at all. I paid in 7 pounds extra for delivery but I am very disappointed. I tried calling the number on the website - no response! I emailed them on the email id provided - no response!! Never ever gonna order anything from them.

Since ordering and paying for my items on 7th August I have not had any update regarding the order. I ordered from this company as I was promised a two day DHL courier service for delivery.
I emailed the company three days ago and have heard nothing. As suggested in the order confirmation I rang the company but the answer machine was on a loop stating that I should email the company.

I bough some items which looked like the seal has been broken. Didn’t think anything of it till I tasted it. I was sour! I have emailed and had no reply. Since this is a major health and safely breach I will be reporting this to their local food safely agency. I should have read the reviews before ordering :-(
