Vinegar velocity
My order of two large containers of white vinegar arrived within 48 hours and were as ordered. The packaging was on the flimsy side - leaving the bottles to slide around in the homemade cardboard packing - but no harm was done and on the plus side there was no plastic or polystyrene involved.

Received my items yesterday. Few items were missed off from my order. Contacted the customer service and no reply till now.

Very poor,would avoid.placed order the website 2 day delivery with DHL at a cost of £6.99.Money taken from card with conformation from sage pay which is who they must use to say payment had taken.Nothing from falcon to say order was being processed etc.
Three days later no delivery checked their website order said complete,rang their 24hr helpline automated reply stating "that due to covid there was no-one to take the call and email them to get in touch"ao I emailed twice.Still no reply to emails,and still no delivery.No customer service what so ever.Will never use this service again and will start a dispute with my card supplier.Avoid at all costs.

Initially, upon placing the order, I expected to receive a confirmation email outlining the shipment details and a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. However, to my dismay, no such email was received. In an attempt to track the order, I visited the website, only to find that the status was marked as "complete," without any further information or tracking details provided.
This lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my order has left me utterly confused and frustrated. Without any tracking information or updates, I am unable to determine the whereabouts of my parcel. To exacerbate matters, I recently received an email requesting feedback on my experience, despite the outstanding issue with my undelivered order.
I urge your team to address this matter with utmost urgency and transparency. It is imperative that customers are provided with accurate tracking information and timely updates regarding their orders to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. As it stands, the handling of my order has fallen short of expectations, leaving me dissatisfied with the service provided.
