I still have not received my items it’s been over a week. No customer service, scamming fuckersss

We haven’t received our order!
Trying to contact the shop but no way of getting through to them. They have taken payment however!

Sent me out veg that had gone off and was leaking through the box. I emailed them and sent a photo and got no answer, called them and just got recorded message. Sent another email no reply so all i can do is warn all stay clear of this company.

Sent us rotten plantain black and mushy ,unusable for nothing but the bin,not green as we paid for,don't answer phone or email,they will not get my £30 every 6 months for spice and sauces there loss ,found new place same stock ,don't use this place very dodgy ,you might get what you order but then your be ignored

Great service always. Very fast delivery and excellent support. The only thing I miss is the smell of a spice shop, but that's hard to do online!

Quick delivery and good packaging

Unfortunately for us we need larger quantities but your site only allows us to purchase 5 items of each type.
Our customers are also wanting stores quickly so the rate of delivery isn't really quick enough for us. We usually need things next day - good if we have more time.

They manipulate rates... all their own products by name of falcon are cheap and 3rd calss. I bouth fresh dates which they priced double and on the other hand few other fruits/vegetable which were about to expiry they put under sale. I will never buy gain anything from this store... Don't get trapped with cheaper prices but 3rd class quality quality... They compesate their prices, for example one to two things they may sale cheaper than market price but prices of other things will be way pricer than market... this is what they did with us in dates.... pathetic

Everything was wrong. The site allowed me to place the order and make the payment and then no news until I followed up again and again. The phone lines don't work and only has the option of a message to email. The delivery there says 1-2 days and even after 5 days I had no notifications. Finally I got through as a kind soul replied to my email and apparently all of the items I ordered were out of stock and they had sent me a refund. Would have helped if they had atleast sent me a notification in some form. In all fairness the website should not have allowed you to make the purchase if items were out of stock already. Also wondering were all of the items out of stock as I do understand one or two?

Ordering was easy, products selection is great.

This company is a disgrace! They changed me £7.50 for delivery and this is obviously just to pocket more money. I only paid it because they had an item that I really wanted but that's the thing they didn't they sent me an alternative product in the most ridiculous over packaging I have ever experienced. People need to swerve the company like the plague, never shop with them and let's put them out of business.

This is the worst experience I've in the UK. Please don't pretend to represent Indian name as I believe we as a Indian are quite responsible and punctual. Will never order anything from you again.

Haven’t received my order can’t get in touch by phone poor customer service

I ordered groceries on 13/4/24 and today it is 17/4/24 . I have not received my order yet and there is no update . There are no contact details on website , the link for 24/7 customer service is not working . Absolutely pathetic customer service or lack of it . I am not going to order again
