Arrived at 8am, dealt with very efficiently, minor issue with second driver registration, he drives vans for a living I do not. Quickly resolved, had been upgraded to larger van re your availability, got the job done in time allowed and van returned with 5 minutes to spare. Thoroughly checked by your staff.

Good service and excellent vehicles
Booking was easy, and collection was just as easy. The van was in immaculate condition and came with a full tank of fuel, which meant we were able to get on the road straight away. All in all a very straight forward process and great service. Many thanks

Vehicle was perfectly clean, easy on the petrol, and well maintained. I would recommend to use if you need a vehicle. The price was very reasonable for large car. Pick up and drop off was very straightforward. A huge thanks to Ian in Taunton, good customer service 🙌 👏

This is the 4th time in 8 years that I have used Falcon.
Friendly, professional staff. Vehicles are new, clan and economical. You can drop keys off out of hours, which was really useful for us. Very reasonable prices too.
