Very easy and unfussy paperwork, lovely car for the price.

Great experience renting from Falcon in Taunton. Ian, the person who dealt with me, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the process dead easy. From start to finish it was a great experience. Could not recommend enough.

Had a one day van rental to assist with moving house. The service provided was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was the first time using this rental company as normally go for National providers. The customer service was good. There was a lack of flexibility with return time, anything past the return time automatically kicks into another 24hrs. Other National providers give a grace period of a couple hours. The vehicle had tyre pressure light come on. I phoned the breakdown number on the rental agreement. There was no answer. I then had to email. I received assistance by email advising to go check the tyre pressure. Although inconvenient I did this. The pressure light then came on again. It was concerning as this is why I needed a rental as my own vehicle was in the garage due to tyre pressure issues.
It was stressful and it felt like there was no accountability. I was told if I had 2-3hours to spare they could send someone out. I didn’t have that time as I was travelling with work and in between meetings. I ended up having to pay for an additional day as I drove slower getting home and wouldn’t make the return time. I wouldn’t say it was a great experience and unlikely I would return.

From entering the reception to returning the vehicle I was given superb service and would 100% recommend Fakcons to anyone thinking of hiring a vehicle. Will definitely use again when needed. Thank you for a great experience.

Good professional service. Vehicle in good order & ready on time. Only 1 issue, is the length of time deposit takes to be reimbursed, 5>>10 days is extreme.

A very high standard service at the Taunton branch of Falcon on Monday 9 October when I hired a Mercedes Sprinter van for a sofa move. The staff were polite, efficient and courteous as i signed off the pre-hire paperwork, inspected the vehicle and paid for the hire and a £500 deposit. The vehicle itself was in a smart condition and all prior knocks and dents were properly logged. The vehicle was fit for purpose on our job and we returned the Sprinter to the Falcon depot within the working day. Deposit should be back with us in a few days’ time after return inspection was thoroughly carried out and cleared. Would recommend this branch of Falcon, thank you.
