Was disappointed there weren’t fruits

Was disappointed there weren’t fruits, vegetables, fresh bread and many other assorted inventory usually available. Also I had to request a password reset twice (when your site wouldn’t accept the password I’ve been using) - and neither time was a link sent. I had to contact your office.

Professional and prompt service

I placed an order for 14 bottles of wine, 2 of the bottles arrived damaged and 2 were missing. They quickly sent out a new order replacing the 2 that were damaged and including the 2 omitted from the first shipment. The responsiveness was top notch and the woman I spoke to (Aoife) was sympathetic and professional.

Sending some kindness

My Aunt was delighted with her goodies and the delivery person was kind and courteous. He "only rang the door bell once" and wished me a 'nice day'. Very professional prompt call in relation to some minor substitutions. I received a superb hamper last week. Love the packaging. Fabulous house coffee.

The options on the website for the…

The options on the website for the hampers were quite good. The one we chose was perfect for a family that had a recent addition. The delivery was quick with proof as well. Highly recommended! :)

Wrong place

The delivery guy was nice and polite but I needed to walk more than a block to get there because he was in the wrong place, so I told him the office was in the same spot but on the other street... He just gave me the bags with 20 heavy cans...

Wonderful Surprise of. goodies.

Arrived right when I was told it was. Gift for my kid, who loved it and said everything was wonderful. Also said the mixed grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes were amazing. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I was buying a gift voucher for a friends birthday which start on your website as €50 and the next choice was €75 . I do think they the customer should be able to pick the amount that they want .

Somewhat disappointed!

I did not give you five stars as your envelope had an error. It should have been addressed to Shane and Linda, but it was incorrectly addressed to Sinead and Linda. Strangely enough the gift card was correct!

A Disheartening Experience Under New Management

What used to be a charming and delightful establishment has now turned into another soulless shop under the new management.

The staff used to be attentive, friendly, and eager to assist, but now they appear unhappy and demotivated.

The quality of the food has taken a nosedive since the new management took over. Once a haven for culinary delights, the menu now features uninspired and lack-luster dishes. It's evident that corners are being cut, and the passion for serving delicious food has vanished.

What's worse is that the prices have skyrocketed, while the portion sizes have shrunk considerably. It's like they are trying to squeeze every penny out of customers without offering anything worthwhile in return.

The ambiance that used to make Fallon & Byrne so special has now been replaced with a sterile and cold atmosphere.

It's evident that the new focus is solely on profit, disregarding the loyal customer base that once made this place a gem in the city. They have lost touch with what made Fallon & Byrne unique, and it's disheartening to witness such a decline.

Overall, the changes in management have turned Fallon & Byrne into a shadow of its former self. I can no longer recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. It's truly a shame to see this once-beloved restaurant fall from grace under the hands of the new management.
