Further to my earlier experience with being sent a defective bike, Famgizmo were excellent about the refund which was processed quickly and without objections. Restores ones faith in decency.

Has any one got a reply from them, I've been trying to return an Aircon unit, which I didn't open as i had no confirmation of them receiving my order. Its now been 25 days. I am tempted to go to there warehouse in near Leicester, its 4 hour round trip but don't know what to do.

I've reported to trading standards and also paypal are reviewing this as brought with them. Paypal has a buyer protection but I've been waiting since 1July for Paypal to come back to me.

No phone number!! Cannot get them to respond to a return request. Sent numerous emails - heard nothing!! Do not use this site!!

OK so there are some pretty bad reviews concerning this company.
I speak as I find and they have given me great service.
I ordered a 3 piece set comprising 2 garden chairs and a table.Arrival was timely.The table was damaged.They could not replace the table as it was out of stock.Instead they gave me 10% refund off whole purchase. Great service.

Only received single hose option when ordered dual hose

This is really more of a message to Trustpilot. How can you allow a company like this to even be on your site? They scammed GBP 400 out of me last year and it would seem that they are still going strong. I reported them to Citizens advice, but given that this is run out of China, they can do nothing about it. WHY are you not scrutinising, flagging scams?

2. NO RESPONSE (AS IN NONE) DESPITE HAVING SENT 2 CITIZENS ADVICE LETTERS AND HAVING THEM REPORTER TO THE POLICE ANTI FRAUD DIVISION FOR REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY DESPITE HAVING RECEIVED THE RETURNED GOODS WEEKS AGO.

PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OR REPORT THEM IF YOU HAVE HAS A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. THEY NEED TONL BE STOPPED.

Still waiting for order apparently collected by your carrier xdp 26/06/20 no updates on their tracking site and no real response by email as to status , if i get the item ill re update score

Arrived way before estimated delivery and easy to put together only 1 issue the connecting holes for the seat and back dont match but easily rectified.

Very happy with my purchase. Shipped when they said it would. Arrived when they said it would. Cost what they said it would. Works great and keeps me cool on hot summer nights.

Was good value some of the build quality of components could have been a little better. Alignment of screw holes made it a bit difficult. Finished build looks good and quite sturdy.

I ordered an air conditioning unit with dual hose kit. Only the plastic hose kit arrived and not the actual air conditioning unit. I discovered that the company are based in Hong Kong and that you can only contact them via email so I emailed immediately. I received a reply the following day advising that both products were dispatched (I’m assuming in 2 parcels) and that the courier may still deliver but could I send them a photograph of the label so that they could investigate further. 3 days later and I haven’t heard back from them and I have sent subsequent emails. I have only ever been given one tracking number which would suggest one parcel! I have spent over £300 and all I have is a plastic hose! I am very concerned that I will never receive the air conditioning unit or a refund and having seen the many other one star reviews I am worried that this is a scam! Based on my experience I would suggest that you avoid this company like the plague!

Don’t use this company, they don’t reply to emails - or tell you when they sending the product. I received an air conditioning unit which I don’t want as I cancelled it as I hadn’t heard anything from the company in 3-4 days and purchased another one. I am unable to get a returns number; haven’t even opened the box. Now talking to PayPal. Annoyingly the owner of PayPal account is replying to PayPal but not there customers. I will be returning with our RMA number if I don’t here back soon it’s been 7 days.

Air con Package arrived today!
Well package and only turn on to test really!! So we will see how good the air con is😊

Ordered some garden furniture from Famgizmo . We got a delivery of one box a few days later. This contained only half of the order. We have emailed customer supports got no reply . There is no phone no to contact ,very concerned.
PS Having gone on FB somebody gave me a way of contacting Yodel who were the carriers. Tracking said delivery WAS today. It did arrive and apart from terrible instructions for assembly, not everybody great at that! We are now sitting on it . Shame we had to be so worried that it was a bit of a scam and we might have lost our £444 .

Extremely disappointed, the AC I ordered stopped working after a few weeks even though I only used this a handful of times. It decided to stop working in the middle of a heatwave and it’s been very difficult to get in touch with customer service. This product was not cheap and I am very unhappy to say the least.
