Terrible customer service, I would not recommend buying from here, I purchased an air conditioner that stopped working after a few days, the website gave a link to customer service (email) asked for collection and a refund on 5 separate occasions but no response, claiming through PayPal now.

Shocking!!!

Like many of your contributors, I have experienced the exact lack of cooperation regarding the return of the 16000 BTU portable air conditioning unit priced at £329.30. I live in a retirement community and I am restricted on any item being allowed to project from my residence and have no window suitable for the exhaust pipes to be fixed into. I have repeatedly requested an RMA number and address for return and credit of the item but have been ignored. Under Section 75 of The Trades Description Act, I have no alternative but to issue a claim through my bank as I paid it with my Master Card. For any would be consumer, avoid this Company at all cost, you will pay dearly!

Ordered my AC on a Saturday. Received tracking email and txt on Wednesday to say that it would be delivered the same day.
Unit is great. Works well and just what I needed. I hoped to get a tracking number earlier but it was delivered within 3 working days, so no real issue.

Ordered 16000btu air con unit late on Sunday afternoon, arrived Tuesday, kept informed of delivery and dispatch throughout, was worried after reading other reviews but clearly not enough happy customers bother to review, thankyou would use company again

The couriers didnt arrive when they said they would, and did not reply to email.
Having tried the a/c for just a few days my conclusion is that it does the job well.
Appears to be well made and the noise level is acceptable. Pity the translation in the handbook makes it a challenge to understand.
Despite this its a good product.

Good communication bought a 16000btu portable air conditioner. Delivered in less than a week easy to set up. Works well in the hot spell we are having. Cheaper than others i priced up, easy to move around from room to room as it has wheels. Kept informed at each stage and had a time slot delivery. Had a good experience with this company and product is worth the money, been using it for a week, would recommend

Product good for price. Unfortunately took a long time to assemble. Wrong letters on wrong pieces of furniture so was confusing. Luckily finally worked it out. Cushions ok- not the most comfortable. One of the cushions was squashed and the cover had pen marks on back. But on telling the company the situation a new cover arrived plus a financial goodwill gesture- all very quickly. Customer services was excellent. The product arrived quickly and once built the Corner sofa looked very good in my garden space.

My review is subject to upgrade, if the company takes care of a problem for me. I ordered a heavy duty indoor bike. It arrived, and I assembled it as best I could. There were two pieces missing. I called the number provided and a lady was trying to help me, I guess. She asked a question of me and I couldn't understand her. The third time I apologized and asked her to repeat herself, she either hung up on me or the call was dropped. My review will improve when I get those missing parts. The bike is solid and well-built. I hope I get a chance to use it. So far, I've left a voice mail and sent an email. We'll see.

It is a week since i placed my order and i have still not received my order.

I ordered a recumbant bike. Shipped quickly and was easy to put together. Everyone at my house is using it. It's a good buy!!!!

I ordered a dog grooming table. Minutes later Famgizmo confirmed my order and charged my credit card. Shortly after that they emailed me and informed me they could not ship to Hawaii. Nowhere on their website do they state that they only ship to the continental United States. I would have understood if they were charging more to ship. When I didn't cancel my order they cancelled it and notified me that it would take 12 days for my refund to appear.
