Looks like the photo. Good sturdy cabinets that look good. The files fit front to back and not across. They were delivered promptly and well packaged.

Very happy with my purchase of two panel heaters and the delivery was very quick! Very impressed and would highly recommend 👌

DO NOT use this company. I placed an order on the 20th January and have still not received the items. I have sent emails and have not had a reply.

Absolute ditto of previous review about a heater not working and needing a refund. I have done exactly sent pictures and video to no avail now they have stopped corresponding thank goodness I brought through PayPal I have now escalated to them do not trust or if you feel compelled to buy use credit card or paypal

Do not buy from this company. I bought a heater from them and within a week the fan stopped working. I contacted them and was asked to send a video, which I did. I was told I would hear back when their engineers had viewed the video footage. I heard nothing and they have not responded to my subsequent requests re returning the item. This is appalling customer service.

Bought a heater from this website. It developed a problem after a few days of use. I’ve been trying to contact them for about a week now. No response. The item has one year warranty but that’s of no use if they don’t respond.

I brought 3 heaters 30th December 2020 one arrived physically damaged. I took photos and contacted the company within minutes. They accepted responsibility and said they'd arrange a collection. The company became unresponsive and did not collect nor help.

They asked me to test the other heaters, upon testing it exploded and caused a complete power cut at my house.

I raised a claim on PayPal who asked me to return the items to an Chinese address. The cost of shipping was more than I paid for the item at £217. I provided evidence of this to PayPal and Famgizmo. PayPal failed to help and in fact ruled in the sellers favour, as I was unable to return the item due the high cost.

I have lost my money £209 and am stuck with the faulty heaters.

Please avoid, this company it is breaching UK law by selling dangerous defective faulty products, also they have an obligation to cover shipping costs for faulty goods under UK law.

Ordered a light fitting in November, realised that it was the wrong size and immediately requested a return in order to purchase the next size down, which they agreed. Returned with proof of delivery and still waiting for the refund having chased regularly. Strongly recommend avoiding online purchases from this company, they appear to fulfil from China and have no local UK accountability or contact details. Now having to pursue compensation through PayPal or small claims court.

Hi, all I purchase a Propane air-assisted Heater burner from Famgizmo. I was desperate to get the item quickly. The price was reasonable. I ordered it just past midnight. Making the purchase date the 3/02. I then came here to the UK trust pilot saw the review and thought oh my gosh what have I done. Believe me when I say the item came on the 04/02. Order FAM10213. I was so scared that I had made a terrible mistake I opened a case against them in PayPal to seek a refund. I also immediately emailed their support, to find out how long the delivery would take no response. On ordering, you get a link to download some app called "shop" so you can monitor your delivery. (The App told me nothing useful). The thing is if they 1) Displayed likely delivery date. 2) Confirmed shipping in say 12 hours of ordering most people may not rate them so low. It must be said that I ordered directly from their website, not their amazon store. This rating may well be premature as I have yet to use the gas heater, here's hoping it does what it says on the tin. It seems they should be more transparent about which items are here in the UK and what they are shipping from Hong Kong. If they did that then their rating may go up on trust pilot. I took a gamble, will you?

Received lights, failed after 3 days of use. Emailed warranty claim, no answer. Emailed support 3 times, no answer. 2 months waiting, no answer. Would not recommend to buy anything

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY!
This product is falsely advertised. Not only will you wait a decade for your purchase to arrive, the product that you will receive is not what is featured in the pictures and the description is completely inaccurate. After contacting the seller multiple times I received poor excuses even after I had requested several time for a full refund and an address to return the item to. One reply even suggested that I accept a 20% refund and cut the covers to make them fit my chairs. Why on earth they would even suggest I cut the covers to fit my chairs when it was their mistake is beyond me!! Since then I have emailed a further three times requesting a refund which I have had NO REPLY TO. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You will not receive what has been advertised and the company have no interest in resolving any issues once they have your money. Please order from somewhere else as this is a FALSLY ADVERTISED PRODUCT.

I have also posted this review on their website under the product I purchased. My comment has yet to be approved but funnily enough the 5 star comments are all there. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

It's been 14 days and I have not received my product yet. When I check tracking, it seems to have been in the same place the while time. Just wondering if I will ever receive my item.

product description is wrong you end up paying more based on description. you will get for lot less the actual product you receive

This is the title of the product but actally no remote for the light. when i contacted on email they say no remote for the light. i wont buy again from them.

Faulty goods comes from overseas not the UK as described long delayed delivery.

Can't get through to anyone about return.

Do not buy anything from them. Pictures and illustrations do not reflect the real product! Purchased a shower curtain. It arrived three weeks later. It was very poor quality print and make. It vaguely resembled what was supposedly very crisp and modern design.
Never again will be buying stuff off retailer like this. Will stick to trusted UK brands.

£300 air condition never received - they marked as delivered but PayPal never returned money because the company stated it was delivered. They stopped responding to emails.

I filed for a small claims court, paid court fee, but at the end was told the claim letter was returned back to them as the address in the UK isnt genuinue, they are based in China.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Waited over 2 weeks for delivery. Nothing has arrived. No reply from seller after multiple attempts to contact them. I'd imagine reviews below that are positive are from people within the company. This site is a scam.

Absolutely awful, non-existent after sales service.
Purchased a panel heater but thermostat was faulty. I asked for a replacement but was fobbed off time and again (they asked for video evidence which I provided). Eventually they stopped responding altogether and I'm left with a broken heater and no redress.
They operate a "drop-ship" operation, managed from China. All the warehouse does is ship good out - they have no mechanism for returns or refunds.
If you want a product backed by a guarantee, don't bother - their guarantee is worthless. There's not even a UK based office you can contact - check for yourself; there's no way of contacting them apart from email (which goes straight back to China).
Total Rubbish.
