Avoid any purchase from this company. I bought a set of covers for a 3 seater sofa and arm chair. The picture and description clearly showed the base over and cushion cover as Part of the set (2 covers per set - base and cushion cover). These were to be replacements for the current covers I have so I knew what I was looking for. Upon receipt of the goods there was no cushion covers and after emailing the company twice they replied asking for photographs and the original packaging which I emailed back to them immediately. I heard nothing more so kept emailing and they finally replied informing me that the goods were as sold and there were never cushion covers. I have asked how to get a refund but again have heard nothing. I don't want to just send the items back as I fear I will never get a refund. The quality of the covers is also very poor and not the same as advertised in the pictures on their web site which is the same as the covers I already have. Dreadful company - avoid, avoid, avoid !!

Delivery fast, communication good and we are happy with the product.

Bought a round table cloth, no mention it ships directly from China, 3 weeks later it arrives. The quality of the fabric is extremely poor. Also the card I used has been used fraudulently - saw a similar review on here that that had happened to them too. Oh well lesson learnt won’t use again!

Very unreputble company
Purchased 2500w panel heater in April this year. It has never worked. Famgizmo refused to honour the warranty and asked me to go back to the seller.

Still never received our fire after they took £150 we’ve never heard a thing from them since no matter how many emails we send we get zero back how are they allowed to even have a rating of 3 stars because all they do is rob people AVOID this company

We wouldn't even rate one star given the option.
We have been chasing the replacement of a faulty heater via the only contact option without so much as a response to acknowledge receipt of our query let alone a resolution. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

I purchased an air conditioner from them for £259.88 Soon as I got the item I had issues with the pipes that came apart and didn't stay together So sent them a message about this didn't get any response from them, so left it a few more days sent then yet again one more email direct from there website form, got a response asking me to send images of items I had reported, did this a week has gone past no response so I sent them an email asking them if they needed any more info still no response yet again. So I raised a ticket with Paypal who after about 2 months of PayPal pushing back the resolve date they sided in my favour, This should be the end of it right! Wrong, the customer has UK address on their website the main air conditioner was shipped from Germany and the piping was shipped from the UK PayPal was asking me to ship the whole item back to china?

I had many talked on the phone with Paypal they could see my issue with sending the item back to china was going to cost more them the item value.

So contacted my bank didn't see why I should send the item back to China is well. I sent all the info including 1 email I got from the seller. One last message to the seller asking them for a UK address they gave me an RMA no to send the item back

I was given me £28 by Paypal for the mess they had coursed and full refund by my bank, which I used to ship the item back to them on Friday and by the next Tuesday, they sent the item back by ups I refused delivery.

Originally in my first email, I asked the seller for a refund of £30 for the bad piping this when they stopped responding I never got to test the air unit as piping was messed up.

It was not about the piping, in the end, it was about if anything went wrong with the unit itself I would of lost all my money due to them never responding to customer emails.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! I've tried to return the product that was completely not fit for purpose. Provided multiple photos as proof. Instead, I got an offer for a partial, 30℅ refund - which I did not accept. I can't use the covers at all, so why shall I accept 30% refund?! I offered to pay for sending the items back but they just ignore my emails.

I ordered a shower curtain. It arrived 1 week late and was the wrong product. The quality of the shower curtain received was very poor. I attempted to contact famgizmo via the email they had sent me. I clicked on the link labelled, ‘not happy’ and received an error message.

I was really worried when I read the reviews about this company, but gave them the benifit of the doubt. Ordered a 2.5kw panel heater for the conservatory. Good price, delivered very quickly. When it arrived I thought here we go ( the negative reviews may be right) , the box was damaged so much so I took photos of it when delivered. The electric plug was on show and the box has holes in it. Examined it very quickly, looked perfect works a treat. Would have given 5 star but for the packaging and the high blood pressure it gave me on seeing it.

Recently ordered a cross trainer from Famzgizmo. I was really scared seeing negative reviews, however I actually received my Item within 3-5 burdens day. The item was exactly as it was seen on screen. I’m a really happy with it so far, it came with instruction manual and all equipment to fix with. So please don’t be worried, they also responded to email within a day. Thank you Famzgizmo!

Product was great. However my debit card information was stolen by an employee or someone hacked the sight. Will never order from here again.

I wanted an exercise table as I am about to have knee surgery. This is perfect for my pre-op exercises and should be for post-op.

The bed is sturdy and lightweight for easy transport. I recommend it for members who wish for a good amount of surface area and easy cleaning.

We ordered the 16Ft and expected shipping updates so we weren’t sure if we would get it by the time we were promised on the order page. It came 1 day early which was great. Customer service eventually responded to our inquiry (no rush on their end). The product was pretty easy to setup. Our hands were VERY dirty after setup. Overall good product for the price.

I ordered the 16ft round trampoline. I had no delivery issues. We put it together and its perfect!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an Aircon unit. They said it was delivered. It never was. They said they’d resolve it in an email then stopped replying. Their courier XPD can’t tell me what happened. They are scammers and they can expect legal action if they don’t refund me!

ordered flood light from famgizmo. after waiting longer than advised for delivery eventually it turned up. when opened it was the wrong colour. I tried to contact them on phone but there was no number on the website for the contact. sent several emails but still no reply. luckily paid by paypal who then contacted fangizmo who then who replied to me and offered to exchange for the proper colour but i would have to pay 15 percent handling fee and return postage. as this was not my fault i had no intention of paying postage or handling fee so i contacted paypal again and eventually fangizmo offered to change it but i still had to pay return postage. As the item had to be returned to china the postage would most probably cost more than the item therefore i am now stuck with a flood light that is no use to me what so ever. i plan to contact paypal again but thing are looking doubtful. I think this company it absolutely shocking and i will never use them again and i would not advise anyone to use them either.

Please, please, please DO NOT use this company. Google them, you'll see a lot of good reasons why you should avoid them like the plague. Their website advises they accept returns - THEY DO NOT!! They have made it as difficult as possible, and eventually provided me with an address in China to return the item to! Even to get this far was via a paypal dispute case. They have 3 warehouses in the UK which is where the item was dispatched from. It has taken me weeks just to get that address, and the cost of returning the item is down to the buyer. I have reported the company to Paypal as they are not adhering to online selling laws, and yet they seem to be getting away with it.... for now at least....

Do not buy from this company, ordered an air conditioner, packed up after two days, emailed at least 5 times with no response, tried to reclaim through paypal and was told you can have a refund if you pay to return the item to China!!!

Absolute joke

Do not be fooled by the reply below. We have been in contact with PayPal and they advised we can’t send item back to anywhere but the registered address.
Still not contact from the seller, still ignoring us and still no refund.
Will not provide a contact number and will not answer emails.
Sold us a faulty item and stole our money.
