Unfortunately, our industry does have some bad actors that rely on pressure tactics and nonstop phone calls, and we know that is the last thing people need when they are already stressed. That is one of the reasons we started offering enrollment options that do not even require a phone call if someone is more comfortable communicating by text or email. We have found a lot of people appreciate being able to move at their own pace without feeling pressured.

We’re sorry the DocuSign process was frustrating. DocuSign is actually a third-party company we use for secure electronic signatures, so unfortunately we do not have the ability to change how their system works.
I don’t believe there should be any additional documents needing your signature moving forward, but if we do, we would absolutely be happy to mail the documents to you instead and you could simply mail them back to us.
