Contact with this 'company' is impossible
How can a company trade without any contact details that actually get responded to - live chat - doesn't work, phone number - contact centre closed, emails - dont get responded to. Got a refund issue and it is proving impossible to resolve. Would not recommend .

Great items, sometimes good prices but not amazing product care
Great item that I ordered (signed 8x10 portrait) but they semi-folded it in a box instead of flat packing which left a permanent fold mark (on an autographed portrait of all things). There was also a dent in and around the autograph itself, not effecting the ink but raising the area the ink is on. This isn't visible in normal lighting however. So great items, sometimes good prices but not amazing product care.
Edit: A Fanatics staff member reached out and tried to help and we reached an agreement, I appreciate the effort to try and help post-sale so I added a star.

It was extremely hard to make contact with customer services. The answerphone was always on. I emailed and got a no reply box to various email addresses. It was extremely frustrating. When I finally got an email that responded asking me to fill in a form explaining the problem.
I got a response the next day which was less than helpful as the assistant didn’t read my query properly so I had to respond to her copying in a Royal Mail email. I did not get a reply but was refunded when she took notice of my query!

Item came quickly and was lovely but…
Item came quickly and was lovely but unfortunately it was too big so I had to return it. Fanatics made this super easy and parcel was picked up from my home. I was issued my return payment in the time they stated. I ordered another jacket and that also came quickly and was perfect 🤩. I would definitely buy from Fanatics again.
