I placed an order for stadium shirts on 13 June hoping to gift some and be able to wear them for the World Cup. 12 days later the order still has not shipped despite me following up with customer services. Don’t buy from them it seems like a scam!

Ordered 3 tops 10 days ago. No sign of them and tracking doesn`t work. Seems its a common theme #order no. 1261 in shop. On line chat is utterly useless and goes around in circles and cannot identify me from either e-mail address, phone number or order number. Order confirmation states shipping 5-6 days with DPD and tracking states China post. Update...I get a request for additional information and respond quickly , another 2 days now have elapsed , still no goods and no further response from customer services.

Awful!!! I paid £130 for the new Man City shirt with my name and number on the back, the name was in the wrong position so was squint as was the number 11, one number was positioned higher than the next, Because it was customised I never had a leg to stand on. Put it in the bin… waste of £130, will never buy from this company again!!!

Paid extra for quick delivery
I paid extra for quick delivery, that said I would get by 21st. It did not come until 22nd.
I left the uk on the evening of 21st for my holiday, without my top which I paid the extra to get delivered. Very disappointed

This is my first order with Fanatics.co.uk. It was quick and easy to place and checkout. Bonus to see they offer forces discount. Paying for delivery was a downside, especially based on order value and that there was a free delivery promotion but you can’t receive the discount and promotion. That said delivery was also quick and order arrived in perfect condition within 2 business days of dispatch.
