Order couple of football shirts and football shorts on 18th May 2026. Shorts were delivered within 3/4 days but 2 football shirts still not delivered up until today. Received an email from them on 6th June letting me know that order is delayed but after that no more communication. Tried talking to them on chat but always a long wait and no one responded. Still no update from them regarding the pending order which showing one of them has been shipped but no tracking number for that whatsoever. just now I clicked on the T-shirts that I order still showing available on their website. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Thank you for refunding me £27.99 for one item after 2 months, however I am still waiting for a refund on another item T-shirt £14. It’s been showing for over a month now that it has been dispatched but no further details on the order or refund. Worst experience possible. Order at your own risk from this company.

Appalling experience with Fanatic…
Appalling experience with Fanatic “official England football”. Twice I’ve tried to purchase product and both times it doesn’t arrive. The first time they eventually sent my order and an nfl shirt turned up instead of an England shirt and I had to pay to return their mistake and then this time a kids England shirt hasn’t arrived too late for Father’s Day and the actual England game. So disappointed

wrong size sent and customer service is silent
I had to wait nearly a month for an item on preorder, which I understand and agreed to, although it was further delayed and when it arrived… it was the wrong size! It happens… but contacting customer service proved impossible. The email address does not seem to be monitored and the live chat never answers beyond the bot. I have waited over a month and still don’t have an item I can wear.

Order from someone else!
This company is impossible to get hold of. They don't answer the phone, their "customer service email" that's listed in their T&Cs returns a response with "this is an unmonitored inbox" and it's almost impossible to find their email contact form buried in their website.
But the reason is I had to reach out is because they list everything as being "in stock" with 3-5 days shipping and then just ship whenever they feel like it. I still haven't received my order, and I've just been sent an email that it's delayed. Delayed for how long? No idea. No further information. Don't buy from this company. I want to cancel my order and even THAT is impossible. If I don't get a response today, I'll be initiating a chargeback for the blatant fraud they're perpetuating.

Refunds are impossible
Bought a jersey from them two weeks ago. I have spent the last two weeks trying to return it for a smaller size. I have been sent in circles by the ‘live chat’ feature and dealt with people who can’t actually do anything. Had my live chat shut in the middle of a conversation twice, return label was supposed to be sent twice and never was. Please never order from them

Destroyed items and no refund
Purchased two books, they arrived late, in a box with no addit9nal packaging. They were battered, scratches all over the cover and the back and corners of the books bent. Requested a refund still heard nothing, no response at all. The books were £30 each.
Use a better packing company.

Get better at dealing with complaints I'm a timely manner.
