Ordered 2 new items from this company. States official merchandise, which is the reason that I chose to order. One of the items (2 Football Shirts), stank of Body Odour, so obviously been worn, and therefore not new!
Complained, and advised that would offer 25% refund. Nothing more. I have a product advertised as new, that clearly wasn't.
Then, the contact stated that the shirt for my size was no longer in stock - I checked and added one to my basket. So obviously not true.
Will never use this company again. Shocking experience

Takes your money and gives you no updates on your order
Placed an order for the new england kit with personalisation before the world cup started, it's still not here and no updates have been issued. They have been quite happy to take the money. Customer service hasn't been very helpful and I suspect it was just an automated bot rather than an actual person on the other side. Quite let down by this as it was for my son, its his first world cup and he's not even got a kit to wear. Disappointed.

Customer services is non existent - genuinely. No one on live chat (other than a bot), contact centre permanently closed (despite claiming to be open 24/7 on the website) and no response to emails. And I had a very simple enquiry. Easily the worst online brand I have ever used and I certainly won’t be using again.

Took money without confirming order. No customer service
Fanatics took 86.95 from me via my Klarna account and never confirmed order or dispatched any goods. Can’t get through to customer service as it’s always ‘closed’. No response to emails sent and never anyone on the live chat. Beginning to think this is a scam company and will be reporting to the bank. I would avoid as you might lose your money with no way of getting it back.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at Fanatics. I ordered an NFL top for my dad, but it arrived far too large. I simply want to exchange it for a smaller size, but the company has made this process impossible.
My attempts to resolve this have been met with total silence and dead ends:
- No Support: The live chat is consistently closed, and there appears to be no functional contact center to reach a human being.
- Blocked Returns: The online returns portal is incorrectly flagging my order as ineligible for return, which is deeply concerning and seemingly at odds with consumer rights regarding faulty or ill-fitting goods.
- Ignored Queries: I submitted a formal query through their online form over 24 hours ago, and despite their stated SLA, I have received zero acknowledgment or help.
I feel like I have been scammed. Dealing with Fanatics has been a complete nightmare, and I would warn anyone considering a purchase to think twice. I am currently left with an expensive item that doesn't fit and no way to rectify the situation

Late Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch and delivery were late after paying extra for a specific date. No indication there were 'supply chain issues' when I was ordering and paying extra for fast delivery.
Minor saving grace was refunding the amount after I reached out. I doubt that would have happened if I didn't thought.
