I initially ordered from Facebook then registered online. My order in facebook did not show up in my online account. I was worried and contacted the customer support. They responded promptly and reconciled my account. I have received now my customised England 2026 kit and I love it. It was even cheaper than in the Nike website because the £20 customisation was free at Fanatics UK. Thank you
