The chosen payment was PayPal and the…

The chosen payment was PayPal and the initial authorization was charged to the credit card chosen in the PayPal checkout. The final payment however was directed to PayPal without the chosen credit card as the payment option. This caused PayPal to use my bank account as the default. Fanhome should not allow PayPal as a payment method if they cannot respect the payment method in full.

3 years in and still don't have…

3 years in and still don't have completed modals because of stock issues. R2D2 over a year late and the Back to The Future has been out of stock for 2 months already.

Fanhome: An expensive, frustrating, and unhelpful experience.

I initially wrote a negative review based on my experience with Fanhome's "Build the Enterprise D" product. In my review I cited Fanhome's inability to meet their monthly shipments, their extended delays, a overall lack of information provided by their customer service group. They replied asking me to respond to TrustPilot's email, doing so results in a bounceback message. When I sent a follow up review, their response was another automated customer service message (quoted below for reference). This is just another example of their lack of information and customer support. To anyone reading these reviews, I highly advise you to steer clear from this company and look to other retailers for your products.

Fanhome's response to my review: "We’re very sorry that the delivery of your product did not meet your expectations.

To handle this issue, it’s important that you send us your details by replying to the Trustpilot email.

Once we receive your information, we’ll contact you immediately to assist you with everything."
