I subscribed to John Wick on 4/18, money was taken same day, Email received confirming 4/19. Still shows being "processed", "unpaid". I sent a message on WhatsApp asking about it on the 20th, 21st and the 22nd. No response. Where is the problem here?

My shipping address appears differently in the shipping email I get. I can't activate my account to login to double check the shipping address. I'm not receiving any reset password emails. I had a rep help, the forwarded reset password emails which I received but every time I use the link it's already expired. I'm not getting any replies anymore. This is extremely upsetting because my stuff is being packed but I can't double check the shipping address.
I had to call in to double check the shipping address which was not correct and the on the phone helped to resolve it. Hopefully it goes to the right address.

I've been doing the RoboCop subscription now for 2 years and gave the last part due any day. They have messed up numerous orders and missing parts, as well as some months there is nothing shipped. Price jumped from a couple of quid, till it got to £55 when I was well under way. I couldn't stop as it would be a waste of money. Ridiculous pricing and yes you can pause but you will still have to do it eventually to finish the model. I enjoyed the process of doing a kit like this and it has satisfied that need but the price!!! The parts are mostly plastic, with a few parts metals. I'd say mostly plastic. Screws are very poor quality. Support is based in a different country so communication and language can be a barrier.
To top it off, I had an email today to say thanks for being a subscriber and I get free postage on my next subscription! No thank you, never , ever again. I've been with them over two years and you can do the math for how much it's cost, 26 months at £55 , except for 4 month at varying costs. Some of the £55 months , I have had probably 6 bits of small plastic parts and screws and you feel so hard done by that they rope you in and have no choice but to carry on.
Make sure to do your research, read small print and reviews.

I have collected from De Agostini in the past and I have been very satisfied with the overall service they provided, from the ease in signing up for a subscription to the help via email and the delivery.
It was so long ago that the deals were attached to books in the news agents.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Fanhome and feel it’s important to share the full situation.
I was charged for my order on March 17, even though Fanhome’s own policy clearly states that payments are taken 4–5 days before shipment. As of today, more than a month later, my order has still not shipped.
During this time, I have received multiple, conflicting explanations:
I was told the order would ship within 10 days
I was told all items were in stock
I was told items were still inbound
I was told there are warehouse delays
I was told they are moving to a new fulfillment partner
I was told dispatch is now starting
These statements contradict each other and do not match reality, since nothing has actually shipped.
On top of that, I have:
Received no confirmed shipment date
Received mostly generic/template responses
Had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates
Requested a refund, which is now “under review” with no timeline
At this point, Fanhome is holding my money without delivering the product and without providing clear or honest communication.
This is not just a delay. It’s a failure to follow their own stated policies and a lack of transparency with customers.
I have already filed a complaint with consumer protection agencies and will also be pursuing a credit card dispute if this is not resolved immediately.
I strongly recommend being cautious before ordering, especially if you expect timely shipping or clear communication.

I accidentally added the wrong ship to my cart. I then removed the incorrect ship and added the right one, before checking out. Of course, the wrong one, which was deleted, is the ship sent. Ordering from Fanhome is like using a dart board.
