Seems kinda sketchy

Website was a little confusing and hard to navigate as it doesnt really give many options or really a way to check into your order. I feel like this is going to be some sort of disappointment in the beginning or a lond drawn out process for something extremely over priced, but i fell for it so we will see what this is all about soon i hope.

It was too easy to sign up actually

It was too easy to sign up actually. Before I could find any kind of pricing breakdown or even just a simple explanation of how the system works I was enrolled when I didn't even want to sign up. I was just trying to figure out how much it cost.

1966 Batmobile Build, I'd do it all over again!

I signed up for the 1966 Batmobile build as I am a huge fan of the TV series. Yes, there has been some bumps in the road, specifically with stock and shipping. Fanhome deserves credit for taking action to remedy these issues. Most people are not fair in giving them this credit and rather focus in any negativity they can. This is the absolute best 1966 Batmobile offering ever, way better than the Jazzinc 1/6 version which I also have. Customer service has always responded to me and on the very few occasions i was missing a part or a book they shipped a replacement out to me promptly. Best part, you get to build it yourself!

Poor customer service wouldnt help me set up my account but had no problem taking my $$$

Poor customer service and just flat out lying. I tried to get my account set up for 2 days even going on the chat didnt help , the person seemed almost annoyed that I was contacting them to solve an issue
