Had a problem with my subscription regarding when money was to be taken from my account, I called customer help, spoke to an agent who was polite & helpful, she soon got what I needed done, done! No fuss, no drama, quick & easy! So far I'm very happy.

Fanhome products are overpriced and poor quality and on top of that you get very poor customer service from them so I would not recommend them I feel like I have been scammed. For example I have been subscribed to their build the enterprise d model for over 2 and half years now and the quality of the parts are shocking the frame is misaligned so when you put the deck panels on none of them align so there are panels popping up and not sitting flush like they should also the lights are like the ones we use to use in dt classes in school they look like they cost a few pence so there are wires everywhere and some of them no longer work in the neck so before I have completed the build parts are already failing. But this is not the only fan home product I have been building I have just completed the build the magazord from power rangers and it’s surprised to stand up on its display base when the zord form the megazord and it does not it’s to top heavy and also you have to move a red cover on the legs of the T rex to put it together first time I tried it it snapped off and it was not even tight overall I would not recommend fanhome.

Customer service promptly reached out in response to the review, and helped solve the problem. I still think there’s something that needs correcting in your system, if the fix involved switching from Safari to Chrome, using incognito mode, and still only getting a dodgy-seeming password re-set email from “name” (noreply@gigya-raas) that doesn’t seem to have any discernible connection to Fanhome. So the default website pathway seems to need some work, but the customer service seems excellent so far in responding to problems.

My complaint largely stems from the seeming impossibility of changing my account password. Started a checkout process one day, went back to finish it another, and when prompted to log in or sign up for an account, “sign up” left me with an error message that my email was already associated with an account, and “log-in” required a password that I never actually set. “Reset password” and “activate account” buttons promised emails that never arrived (and yes, I checked my spam folder). I ended up ordering the product, and have a confirmation, but admit to a fair amount of anxiety about not having an account I can log into to check my order status. I think when you’re selling expensive products like Fanhome does, you should make sure your customers feel reassured and safe in the experience, rather than unnecessarily worried about their order.

I had a very disappointing experience with DeAgostini / Fanhome.
I started a subscription model on 02/12/2025 and paid a total of $1,716.44 for the full series. Everything went fine until the very last shipment, which was never delivered. This final installment is required to complete the model.
Over the past 3+ months, I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time I was told to “wait” because they were working on the issue. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, no shipment, no timeline, and no real resolution.
At this point, I’m left with an incomplete model despite having paid in full. The lack of accountability and repeated delays are extremely frustrating.
I would strongly caution others considering a subscription with this company. Be aware that if something goes wrong, getting it resolved may be very difficult.
I am still hoping for a proper resolution, either delivery of the missing part or a refund, but so far, the experience has been very disappointing.

I place my order and I do not get a confirmation and I don’t even get a tracking number from FanHome for weeks!
My log in my account don’t even see my order at $113 a ship it’s the least you can do!
