I ordered on Dec. 4th, its Dec. 16, and my item still hasn't shipped. I bought something as an xmas gift, and I emailed and got a reply that they're still waiting for some of their shipments. Not sure what that meant, maybe items to make the merch. I asked if I would be able to cancel since on the website it says you can cancel as long as it has not started production, however the customer rep said I could cancel at this point, meaning my merch wasn't even started on yet. I am canceling and will probably not order from fanjoy again despite a lot of influencers using it to sell their merch. I will give credit where it is due to the customer rep because they got back to me on the same days I emailed. Other than that, not happy with this company.

2 of 3 items not delivered and they don't even respond to multiple requests regarding status or refund. Abysmal - as in non-existent - customer care.

Ordered two Clickbait sweatshirts for my daughter and her friend. They sent one clickbait and one Brock (whatever that is) sweatshirt. Upon requesting return instructions, they hassled me for photos of what I received, then sent a shipping label and said they would give a refund for the WRONG item AFTER they inspect it, MINUS the shipping fees. Why should I pay shipping for their mistake?? Disappointing customer service.

Was really excited to get a try guys hoodie. Came in thin paper material, and had already pillage when pulling brand new out of the bag. Very bummed out about it.

Upon what everyone else was saying pretty good! I ordered my package on a thursday and got it on monday. I dont live on the mainland, but in the US so I was pretty happy about that. The merch itself is soft, I of course got David Dobrik Merch. Would reccommend to a friend. These other reviews scared me, but I downloaded "Arrive" so I always knew where my package was! Anyway, Sorry for everyone else :(

Nice items but shipment costs to EUR are ridiculous high. Other sites charge $ 8-10 fanjoy $ 27-30. Just an ordinary margin maker??

The product sucks. Simply not good material, paper thin hoodie. Same quality you would get at walmart. The perfect 5 star reviews u see on Fanjoys actual website is crap. Guessing it's his youtube friends leaving the reviews stating most comfy sweatshirt ever, because that is 1000% absolute crap

I bought David Dobrik Merch, and both the t-shirts came torn and ripped in some places. It was some of the last pieces of Alex's merch left so I was sent damaged stock on purpose. I emailed them on every platform I could think of. Hotmail, instagram, facebook... received stupid systematic replies!

We ordered an item, they shipped the WRONG thing TWICE, and then issued a refund that did not include shipping or SALES TAX! The former is theft, as they never shipped anything we wanted, and charged at least TWICE what it actually costs to ship skimpy little shirt. The latter is TAX FRAUD. They are collecting money for your state, and then KEEPING IT for themselves. Most states love to put handcuffs on people who do that. Let's GET 'EM!!! Send a notice to your franchise tax board.

I tried order a sweater off of Fanjoy, after I hat checkout it said my information could not be processed. So, I tried again and It said the same thing. So I no longer tried and gave up. Looked at my bank status, and it shows the money has been taken out twice. Have no order confirmation number and as far it shows the order didnt go through, yet they took my money twice. Un trusted

I thought the service was really good! I had just ordered a David Dobrik shirt about last Sunday afternoon, and it came tonight (Thursday)! I got proper updates about my package and where it was, and it was all overall very good. Granted, I had needed it for my halloween costume earlier today, but that was more of a mistake on my part than Fanjoy’s.

Ordered clothing for my daughter, was advised 6 weeks, after 7 I chased and they said “allow 8 weeks”, now 8 weeks has passed and they’ve said “we’ve sent it we aren’t issuing a refund, we aren’t resending The goods, you need to find them because it’s not in the US, try customs, you’ll probably have to pay more if it’s there though”... 1, I shouldn’t be having to search for my parcel and 2, I’ve already paid extortionate amounts of money for these clothes for my daughter so why should I be paying more? Massive con artists, unhelpful customer service. Do NOT buy from this company

First order took ten days. ordered through their new website it’s been three weeks still haven’t received a tracking number so my order has not even been processed yet

My item shipped but I never received it. It said delivered but never came to my house. I can understand that it is not their fault, but their customer support team is god damn awful. I was told to, myself, contact my local post office and even the CUSTOMS! Myself, as a customer! No other company has done that before, it’s unacceptable to leave YOUR customers to handle YOUR mess (or the shipping company’s). I was told to wait a couple days, which I did, and then they offered to send another shirt. I asked for a refund, which came the next day, but to my surprise they ONLY refunded the item and not the shipping. After contacting them again, they said they only refunded shipping if the item never shipped. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS? I never received the item!! Never again, you guys are crooks.

Literally they suck. You would think for how much the influencers make that they would hold true for the “it ships in 3-7 days” especially when shipping is $6.99. I ORDERED ONE HOODIE 14 days ago and the status is “processing” the hoodie ISNT EVEN READY yet!! $70 for this???? Remind me to never buy a david dobrik sweatshirt again as much as i love him and his videos so so much this really dampens everything because I was so excited to wear it and had to spend so much money that i’m sorry but college students just don’t have. For how big this platform is, this is one of the worst shopping websites ever. I do not recommend. Too overpriced, Terrible service.

Ok so i bought my step daughter a hoodie. Great quality . But They messed up and sent an xl. Which happens. I give them a 5 star because they corrected it quickly, responded quickly and was super friendly . Id recommended them.

I’ve ordered twice from Fanjoy. Once being a year or two ago and the latter being 6 days ago. Essentially I ordered two David dobrik items. I live in Canada and paid for express shipping which cost me $50 CAD. After three days (the express is advertised as 1-3 days) I still had not received shipping info. I emailed the company and they replied saying the items would ship in 4-7 days. I explained that I had paid for express shipping and expect a refund for that since my items are not being shipped out any faster. They ignored my request for a refund and just explained again that the items will ship in 4-7 days. Now on day 5 one of the items shipped but the other one hasn’t. Essentially they’ll be shipped out separately which means I’ll have to pay 2 fees for the border. And on top of it I paid express shipping for something that is not express. I have emailed numerous times back in forth asking for a refund and they have ignored my request.

I ordered a hoodie from fanjoy on August 26th, 2019. It is now September 12th, 2019 and I have not received my package nor gotten my tracking updates. I emailed them asking where it was and they responded with an automated message. This company is terrible. Never will order from them again. :(
