Fanjoy has the absolutely worst customer service on the planet.

My granddaughter ordered a Dobrik hoodie and it arrived with a hole in it.

Fanjoy will not give her a new hoodie or a refund.

Besides selling cheap crap merchandise.....your employees suck as well.

Ordered wrong size. Their website says, wrong size or something wrong email us and we'll help.
Their idea to help is no exchanges, charge me to ship back and reorder. Orders take a very, very long time to get to you.

This is a fraudulent company. Bought a Click Bait hoodie for my daughter in early November 2019 for Christmas , still has not arrived. Have contacted via customer service portal them numerous times with no reply . Spoke to DHL regarding the tracking number that was initially attached to the order then disappeared. DHL said that the merchant can create a label or consignment but does not mean that the parcel is given to them to ship. Will try and recoup the money via my bank

I bought my son Lazarbeam merch in November and it’s now January and it STILL hasn’t been shipped. Their customer device is terrible. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered on November 23rd still no shipment, no response from fanjoy after several emails. Tracking is not valid. Don't buy from this company

I got a david dobrik christmas sweater and it was nice at first until i washed it and it became PINK and red and im really sad now

It’s a SCAM. They get your kids wanting stuff from his website and to make your kids happy your kids happy you buy them and it doesn’t work out. They promoted free EarPods just pay shipping. So I did for my son who is a fan. They took the money from my back right away and now Next thing you know they don’t have any record of my order and won’t send me back my shipping which was almost 18 dollars. On top of that my son who was a fan of disappointed. Don’t buy from them.

Very helpful services recieved tracking details in a week and in 1 week after I recieived the Tracking details my item arrived a week later

One of the most outdated and unreasonable return policies I’ve come across. Website policy states unused unopened merch can be returned in 30 days minus shipping cost (which is fine) however it then continues to exclude almost everything they sell from this policy. If you contact customer service they give you the run around and provide inconsistent and incoherent responses about their policy all the while trying to discourage you from making a return. In my case neither item was used and both were still inside the sealed original plastic wrapping. However customer service won’t accept phone cases even if still sealed and unopened. They also tried to suggest the other item, a hoodie, was excluded as a final sale although nothing in the listing, the order or receipt states that. While some may get what they expect most will incur considerable expense for items they can’t return or exchange and won’t be able to use. Very unethical, unreasonable and unusual among retailers. I won’t purchase from them again and will discourage others from doing so. Buyer beware.

if you’re buying a gift for Christmas, you better purchase sometime during the summer months. i purchased on Dec. 2nd, and according to their tracking site, the item is still processing. it’s Dec. 27th.

Just terrible! Its been 2 months since I placed my order and have not received order. I've sent multiple e-mails with no reply. No customer service number available. Please do not buy from this company!

I’ll give them 2 stars only because they have things you can’t find anywhere else. Their customer service is non existent. I never received a tracking number, order confirmation, etc. the only way I got them to send me the product was to dispute the charge through PayPal then they sent me the wrong size. Order at your own risk and if you do use paypal

I ordered two items on Nov 30th as Christmas gifts for my daughter. They have yet to arrive. I emailed the company a few times. The first time I was told it would ship last week. The second time I was told they are waiting on shipments to come in but when they do they will upgrade my shipping. I’m not sure when the items will ship or arrive. Very disappointed!!

very very very very slow shipping do not do business with this company there customer service is non-existant.

I ordered David Dobrik merch on December 2nd and I still haven't received it. After emailing them several times I was sent what I believe to be a fake tracking number because it has showed for 3 days now that it's awaiting UPS pickup. This is the worst company I've ever done business with and I'm likely to never order from them again. Lots of people say they recieved wrong items and sizes and if that's the case with my order I will NEVER order from them again and make sure everyone around me never orders from them either.

We ordered an item over 5 weeks ago and we still have not received the item. Mind you I live in the same state that the items ships from. When I emailed the company they gave me a a fake tracking number that says the item is pending for USPS to pick up. I am very disappointed at the customer service. Will definitely call my CC company to let them know this company is all a fraud.

Awful experience. I ordered an item for a present. They sent the wrong item and they responded to my original email but I've heard nothing from them since. Now I won't have the present in time for Christmas because of their poor customer service.

This company is unethical. Do not bother using this site. I bought two items November 27, 2019 and still haven’t gotten the items. I’ve emailed numerous times and they keep giving me the run around. Now I’m demanding to be refunded and they won’t reply. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Will never get another item from this site.

Took my money immediately but no order!! Sent many emails with no responce. My emails had full details of their website which is full of lies. Their corrupt ways of taking your money with a bad phone number on file with VISA??? Impossible to get in contact with this company.
