Don't bother to order. It's a total scam from a company in China. i placed and order and it didn't come. Once I realized it was a scam, i contacted the Fannyu customer service number and cancelled the order. They and I emailed back and forth several times, each time they tried to BS me into keeping the order and they would give me USD gift cards, which increased in amount as the emails continued. Fed up with the BS, I contacted PayPal, opened a dispute and involved them. 10 days later PayPal sided with me and returned my money. Two days later, after I had received a full refund via PayPal, the Fannyu people contacted me again to BS some more and asked me to keep the order and offered to pay me 5 dollars refund without even realizing i had got my money back.

CLOTHES FITS MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER NOTHING MATCHES WHAT THEY ADVERTISE, I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE AND I AMD GOING TO FIGHT THEM FOR MY REFUND !!! MY ATTORNEY WILL BE REACHING OUT ... I LOST 100.000 AND WAITED TWO MONTHS FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T ORDER OR EVEN FIT ..............

DONT ORDER FROM THEM I PAYED 54.12 FOR A PAIR OF PANTS THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ONES AND WONT RECHANGE OR REFUND THEM THE STICHES IS FALLING OUT THE QUALITY SUCKS AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE.

Placed my order 9 days ago, still showing “Unfulfilled” in status yet they have my money. Tried emailing since there is no phone number, no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I’m scared to see what I paid for when it finally arrives!

Horrible customer service. Ignored my request to cancel order and refund money, which I made one hour after the order. They shipped it anyway and when it arrives it didn't look anything like the catalog photos and the sizing was way off. Several sizes smaller than what I order, even though the tag said it was my size.

Place my order for two pair of there jeans on 1/1/20, have not received them, and cant get a response from them,

I ordered 2pairs of jeans on 12/25/19. I received an email on 1/11/20 that my order was in process. Today, 2/8/20 I have not received my order. I sent them an email several days ago and I have not heard anything.
I wished I had read reviews BEFORE ordering.
I am contacting my credit card company and will dispute this scam company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It took like a month to receive them and they are NOT yoga pants. The sizing is just awful, and the material is some kind of cheap thin fabric. No way could someone use these as yoga pants. I would send them back but it would just cost me more money. I'm just throwing them away. Dont throw your money away with this company.

I ordered and it is still in process, I have seen the quality of the product and Don’t want it, I have asked for a refund several times. I do not want what I have seen in review photos, I could go but Levi’s for less, I wanted something different, not crap

Their product is horrible quality and looks absolutely nothing like the pictures shown. I bought 3 pair and they look horrible with red thread throughout the whole pair of jeans and the quality is nothing like advertised. They even lied about being based in Canada, the junk comes from China a month and a half later to find out it’s not the same jeans. Then they expect you to pay for return shipping or they will take it out of your “refund.” 😡😡

Ordered mine on 1/15/20 same thing still being processed. contacted them by email several times get the run around.First it takes 5-10 business days to process. then an email they on vacation until 1/31/20. last email I received on 2/3/20 they are being shipped website says still in process. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Hoping to get my $85 refunded.

Ok ordered a pair of bamboo yoga pants well over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive shipping info or a response. I find it interesting shipping is from China when the web site clearly says manufactured and shipped from Vancouver Canada. What a joke. I intend on giving it 2 more days and requesting a refund from my bank.

I would not give this company one star. Placed an order two months ago and have not received it. Emailed the company several times, but they were “on vacation”. Time to call my credit card company and have them issue a refund, as I have not received my merchandise. This is a total scam. So sorry I fell for this. I had no idea this was based in China.

Update 2/18/20
I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Attorney Generals Office and PayPal. I sent 12 emails to fannyu to cancel the order and refund my money. They reply but they are demanding that I keep the items. They give excuse after excuse, but have failed to ship any product. Their emails are harassing and arrogant so I forwarded the info to the Federal Trade Commission. I’m sure they will change the website to another name, so my advice is to stay away from Asian companies.

Worst ever had I known they were in China I never would have ordered, these are not made of denim, pants do not look anything like the pictures and as described also I ordered a size small and they fit like a large, I'm sure I wont get a refund, so I basically donated $50.00 to China

Placed an order 12-30-19. Have never received an email saying it was shipped so I contacted them several times. I keep getting the same reply, that items are awaiting shipping. I have asked for a refund.

Worst on line purchase I've ever made.
Jean's are not made if denim. Are thin and have red stitching on the seams and no rhinestone design on the pockets! I'm out $45 and have yet to hear back from their customer service. I've reported it to PayPal.
Do not buy from them! It's a total scam!

Still waiting been over 3 weeks since i ordered my jeans and still nothing!! I have tried to email them and i get nothing! But the money was taken out of my account as soon as i ordered of course.😠😠😠 what a rip off.....dont waste ur money people! I will be reporting them if i dont get my stuff!

This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I ordered a pair of the cargo pants in November 2019. I finally received them in mid-January 2020, after I finally submitted a complaint to PayPal. Unfortunately, what I received was of very poor quality and workmanship. I found another pair that was on sale ($41.19) from what I thought was a different merchant with the intention of returning the defective pair. Not only am I still waiting on that pair, I saw that my bank account was charged the $41.19, plus an additional charge of $49.98 for pants that I did not order. I am still trying to get my money back for those two pairs. The pair that I did receive is going to cost me over at least $40 to send back, almost as much as the pants, which, of course, Fannyu will not refund. I cannot believe that PayPal continues to allow them to do business with them. I am currently out $141.15. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

It took from December 11th 2019- January 27th 2020, it came from ground zero of the the coronavirus in the Wuhan province of China, crappy material, what you see on the website is not the material you actually get, I ordered the jeans with the native American Indian on it, I ordered tan cargo pants, they sent black, coming from the coronavirus area, I am throwing them away, so embarrassed to say I got took by this company

Horrible! Everything about the jeans AND the customer service! The jeans are not not made of denim... more of a jegging. 2 of the jeans came without buttonholes and when I contacted the company they said I'd have to pay for shipping because this wasn't considered a defect in the product.😳😳 However the shipping is so expensive that I decided to just take this an a very expensive lesson and move on. Do NOT order from this company! In fact I've bought from 3 companies from China and they all were very poor quality of clothes or the order was completely wrong or defective and I will never ever order from China again!
